Anyone use CBD or Weed to sleep/relieve anxiety on gear

Im in off season not blasting tren, it’s just a conversation lol. Tren euphoria is a new one though, Im sure tbe euphoria is why I don’t run it more than 150, it would feel too good. LOL. Not using it as a coverup for tren- I ended up dropping it. Swapped to NPP, feel great too!
I just find that I deal with some overstimulation here and there, y'know?

I was just searching for anecdotes of active bodybuilding men who utilize THC and CBD for sleep, maybe who also are dealing with similiar issues. I find they help me unwind when I just can't seem to hit the mark.

Very useful for sleep specially if you get indica with 5%+ myrcene, linalool, terpinolene, caryophyllene, nerolidol, or pinene terpenes while your cannabinoid receptors are still good.
However its more of a routine thing specially after you've smoked for a while and cooked your cannabinoid receptors. Smoking daily/nightly is a time bomb of when weed is gonna stop being hella chill and instead is just gonna make you a paranoid rick and Morty pajama pants wearing schizo. Change up the routine to something thats not gonna make you a redditor in a year.
 
For years i used MJ to help me wind down after a long day and get me into deeper sleep. But like all great things there's gonna be a different threshold where it doesn't do anything for you anymore. So few yrs ago i dropped a doobie but we meet here and there always have some fine grade stuff in hand for a sleepless night or a passive rest day when i earn it.

If you can magically keep it in moderation. I.e. not smoke daily or basically smoke sporadically, i think it can be a useful tool especially in those wired up nights when uve abused stiumlats and your motherboard can wind down.

There's a benefit within the harm. And harm beyond the benefit you set your own set point.

Sounds like a funny question, but it’s genuine. Found that indica/CBN/CBD knocks me out on cycles where I’m overstimulated

I smoke at night to make me sleep because I always had sleep issues but if you know it's the compounds your using you might want to adjust your dosages and look deeper into what's the root cause

Yeah. I dabbled with some light tren recently. Dropped it entirely for now.

Was relying on Trazodone for sleep. Then that didn’t work. Then started spending a ton on pods and smoking myself to sleep every night. I felt like my cardio had tanked. Stopped the tren and I feel so much better. Resolved the weed use to 2-3x a week. Feeling so much better and sleeping more naturally.

I also found CBN gummies and tinctures to be useful for sleep. Just sharing, might wanna look into them

CBD isolate powder + CBN isolate powder ✅

May be mixed in to a bowl of CBD/Type 3 flower, or vaped on their own if one has compatible equipment.

Or, mixed in with an oil/fat source. Coconut oil, olive oil, scoop of peanut butter, etc. for "edible", oral route of administration.

Ah the edible stuff never hits me. I ended up ordering a few CBD/CBN/CBG disposable from a reputable source I use. They come in soon. I prefer inhalation as for I’m on Tirz, and it makes everything I orally intake hit waaay slower.

I do want to quit THC- hope these pens help me.
 
CBD and CBN isolates do nothing for me even at doses in the 100's of mg. I was hoping CBN would do the trick to help me stay asleep in the second half of the night.

The best things I've tried are THC + CBD + CBN or just THC + CBD gummies and my current combo, a delta 8 tincture along with some full spectrum CBD.

I take Dorians advice 150 mgs to 200 mgs is plenty for professional bodybuilders

What do you think of bodybuilders with a goals, like making 100 k in their professional career of prize money, using this from time to time and esp in prep?

Could you also elaborate on this? Using it nightly, maybe ED or EOD would cause issues? Last thing I want to have happen to me is me giving a fuck about how many upvotes I got

Could I ask how often? Starting to get spooked about building a dependency or tolerance, it helps me during my blasts to unwind

Its largely dependent on genetics and the amount used, but after a while your CB1 receptors are going to lose sensitivity and you will no longer feel the "relaxing" or "calming" effects of THC. The CB1 receptor is also responsible for regulating your fear and anxiety responses. THC overuse will do one of two things, A) you will get anxious and scared when using THC (good ending) or B) you will be anxious and scared when sober (bad ending).


But can be avoided super easy if you just take regular tolerance breaks.
