Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study & Log

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

weight: 205
waist: 35 1/4"
chest: 42 1/2"
avg bp: 125/57
avg pulse: 65

after dropping the dose, kidney pain has stopped and urine is back to normal. For some reason, my waist went up 1/4"...but it looks and feels harder, any seasoned vets have any ideas as to why?

winstrol is definitely hardening me up. Can also feel it in my joint (stiffer), hairline is further receding and slight increase in acne, no other negative sides. Strength as gone up (as expected), but joint stiffness and fatigue from dieting keeps me from going heavy.

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

big drops this week

weight: 202
waist: 34 5/8"
chest: 42 1/2"
avg bp: 127/59
avg pulse: 69

last weeks waist increase was most likely due to water bloat.

Very nice bro. Anything you did differently?

Very nice bro. Anything you did differently?

not really, i've cleaned up my weekend cheats a little bit, i dont really crave anything greasy or nasty, and i juggled my cardio between arc trainer to treadmill

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

sorry for the delay, I'm on a business trip and had to work this morning.

weight: 204
waist: 34 5/8"
chest: 41 3/8"
bp: 121/55
pulse: 59

It seems my body does not like being under 205, and yet my sizes keep dropping. This was my off week of albuterol so naturally, less of drops in my waist and chest measurements. Next week I switch from M-W-F routine on winny to M-F so should see an increase in tightening.

Overall, body is coming along nicely and should hit my mark of a goal weight of 198 with 33"? waist for my competition.

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

33" waist is VERY attainable. And hell, I never care about the scale while dieting, as long as im looking better

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

Weight: 201
waist: 34 5/8"
chest: 41 5/8"
avg bp: 121/57
avg pulse: 58

my stay on my business trip got extended to thursday this week, so i couldnt start up albuterol as originally planned on sunday but running it now. This would explain no change in waist.

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

weight: 200
waist: 34 9/16"
chest: 41 1/8"
avg bp: 130/60
avg pulse: 64

noticing more definition in upper abs and extremities.

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

weight: 200
waist: 33 15/16"
chest: 42"
bp: 136/60
pulse: 60

off albuterol this week, but bp has been consistently high this whole week. Starting tomorrow I will try my luck again at upping the capoten dose to try to bring it down a bit.

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

Sorry for the delay, didnt have internet access yesterday

weight: 200
waist: 33 13/16"
chest: 42 1/4"
avg bp: 136/65
avg pulse: 65

upped capoten dose to 25mg ed because bp was getting high, it has seemed to work somewhat, but wont really know for about another week or two. Started getting slight kidney pains again from the higher capoten dose, will be keeping an eye on this as the weeks progress, might have to drop back down again.

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

weight: 199
waist: 33 7/8"
chest: 42 3/8"
avg bp: 122/58
avg pulse: 65

This is the first time i've been under 200lbs since i was 12! bp is back where it should be and kidney pain has subsided from the upped capoten dose. waist is slowly dropping, and the last holdouts seem to be lower abs, inner/upper thigh, lower back and a small amount of gyno. granted idk how much of its water weight and actual fat tissue though. competition is in 5 weeks from today.

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

Very nice bro! And I hope you are taking progress pics so you can look back over all the weeks and SEE the changes

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

weight: 199
waist: 33 9/16"
chest: 42"
avg bp: 128/52
avg pulse: 59

off albuterol this week, starting again tomorrow.

T minus 4 weeks until my show.

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

weight: 196 (!)
waist: 33 1/8"
chest: 41 3/4"
avg bp: 135/64
avg pulse: 69

3 weeks until my show. Next week will be the last week on capoten. I want to give my body a week to clear it out as much as it can so i can run diuretics the week leading up to my show, as capoten messes with aldosterone and adh levels. Next week will also be the last week on albuterol, my off week falls on the week of my show (and idk how albuterol will mix with dandelion root and lasix).

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

Weight: 194
waist: 32 3/4"
chest: 42 1/4"
avg bp: 133/64
avg pulse: 76

weight still continues to drop. Now expecting to be under 190 for my show, and closer to 32" waist after running lasix. Ive spent the last week slowly dosing down capoten, as today is the last day for it and albuterol as well. I have seen a rise in my bp because of it however. I will continue to run yohimbe up to my show on June 13th.

On a different topic, I brewed some depot winstrol (oil based) because I ran out of my sublingual. But my last actual shot was monday because I spent all night monday in excruciating pain (almost to the point of vomiting) because my injection site hurt so bad. I couldnt walk right until yesturday. So i took the depot orally (not very tasty) the rest of the week. Im going to try to shoot again, but I cant afford to lose weight/cardio days because my injection sites (quads, delts) are so messed up from the previous winstrol shots. Any suggestions? Its 100% sterile, injection procedure is sterile, and shooting 1.5ml.

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

How dd you brew the winstrol.I haven't made any myself but I've have read you need to use like peg 300-400 and EO mix,but really heat it up to get it to dissolve and go into suspension.
You might have been injection unsuspended Chrystel's.Sounds like a lot of pain.

Ps I had my waist down to 32'.Looked good, but my face went all skeletor like.
Good to see you're still going strong

used cottonseed oil, ba (5%) bb (20%). heated it up to 350 deg while stirring, all powder went into suspension, but upon cooling, some of it crashed out. the oil is still cloudy, but theres a layer of sediment on the bottom. i have to shake it up to get it re-suspended.

youre probably right, after the oil gets absorbed into my body theres unsuspended crystals left in the muscle tissue....damn. looks like im going to continue to take this orally.

hahaha, ya i hear ya on the skeletor look, my friends at the gym are cracking chemo and aids patient jokes now!

last week, today is my last carb up day. tomorrow i start the day with oatmeal, and then go carb free for the rest of the week. I am also starting up dandelion root tomorrow (2g/day).

total waist shrinkage since start of study: 4"
total chest shrinkage since start of study: 2 1/2"

today is the day, friends! the last day of my capoten study and the day of my first competition; a day I've been working for since I was 16. I will write up a full report and discussion on this study, as well as post pics from the competition in the coming days, but right now I need to get my ass in gear and go through my competition checklist and get down to the venue. If you are in the Lancaster PA area come by and support me!

Wish me luck brothers! (and sisters!)

Re: Angiotensin II Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor to Facilitate Fat Loss: Study &

sorry for the delay, been on business this past week.
In conclusion, I believe there is some merit to running an ACE inhibitor with a fat burning stack. I base this conclusion on many observations.
1)I've run fat burning stacks before. As state in my first post, I've done DNP, clen/t3, tren/t3, ECA, clen/t3/yohimbe…you name it, I've most likely ran it. Some stacks I have ran for extended periods of time (over 4 months). With all of these stacks, there has always been a point where fat loss stopped, or at least significantly slowed. In contrast, with the addition of an ACEi, there was consistent, steady fat loss throughout the cycle.
2)My stubborn areas are my chest and abs. While running past fat burning stacks, my body refused to give up any significant mass from these areas, as it would pull from my arms, back and legs. Once I reached the plateau, fat loss would stop. While running the ACEi stack, there was consistent diminishment of girth around my waist and chest. Leading to believe the removal of alpha adreno receptors was responsible for this.
3)The lowering of my blood pressure allowed for greater cardio capacity. While the albuterol, yohimbe, and winstrol all raised my bp, the capoten lowered it to an optimal range. This allowed for more comfortable cardio exercise with less risk of raising my bp and pulse too high.

That being said, I would recommend stacking an ACE inhibitor to a fat loss cycle, but with a few caveats.

1)I would not take it if you already have low blood pressure. Capoten is quite effective in lowering bp and to already be hypotensive and taking this could cause catastrophic side effects (ie- death).
2)BP and pulse must be monitored closely and dosage adjusted according. If BP gets too low and hypotensive side effects are felt, capoten dose must be lowered. Parrallel to that, if other sides become unbearable (kidney pain, loss of taste, etc) then the dosage must be lowered.
3)Dosing must be consistent. DO NOT MISS A DOSE.
4)If side effects from other thermogenics (albuterol/clen) become unbearable, lower the dosage.
