What's up fellas, I have a quick question. I been training for about a year now. I haven't been reaching my potential as much as I think I can due to school and work, but at one point I was benching 100lbs dumbells on a flat and incline bench. I know it ain't much, but for a guy who had trouble with 20lbs a year before it's a big improvement. Anyways, I been reading alot and I know that dieting is a key element in weight training. I have changed my goals at time from bulking to cutting up. But I recently tried Universal's Animal Stak and cycled it for three weeks. I can honestly say, my strenght improved during this time. I don't think it's a placebo since Universal claims it has GH and some other legal steroid ingredients. Also they advise that this product shouldn't be use for long since it can damage your liver (same as most legit steroids right?). But anyways I just wanted to get advice from you guys here. Has anyone used it? is it anything close to the real thing?

they have been making the same claims for probably 15 years....if they were that great everyone would use them......me personally , i wouldnt waste my money, although all of us blew a lot of money at GNC when we first started, looking for something MAGIC....aint gonna happen, hang around here , read all you can, then read some more

a lot of them have more detrimental side effects than actual steroids - especially when it come to liver toxicity and prostate inflammation.. stay away from prohormomes..
