Anon's Test E/Masteron P (First Cycle)

Just some background before we get to it, I'm gonna start off with saying I'm 24 years old, I realize this will get negativity since I've been lurking on the forum for almost 2 years now but I decided to do it and as much as I know the power in the truth of negative feedback on the age factor, I'd much rather you give me some constructive insights/criticisms on the cycle.

When I was younger (14-15) I had minor scoliosis and was lucky enough to meet a doctor that was into fitness and he turned me onto weight training/stretching. He told me to wait until 16 and then to start with calisthenics and light weights and to focus mainly on the posterior chain. So that's what I did and honestly it almost negated it completely and the deadlift remains my favorite lift to this day.

I'm currently still in school, did Applied Physio and Kinesiology in college for 3 years so I truly fell in love with the training...anyways here we are.

Cycle Start/Length - 8/4/2017 12 Weeks

Weight - 185 lbs.

Height - 6' (183 cm)

BF% - I'd say about 10% (I can see my lower abs but skin isn't super tight)

Big 3 - Skwaat - 365 / Dead - 465 / Bench - 225 (incline)

These aren't really great for 8 years training but until two years ago I didn't really lift heavy, if you don't know much about soccer I don't blame ya but being a midfielder at 200+ lbs really fucking blows.

Metabolism - Fast, until I was 16 I weighed 135 lbs at almost 6' and it takes a lot of eating for me to stay at 185.

Compounds - Testosterone Enanthate 250mg/ml
Masteron Propionate 100mg/ml

Dosage - Testosterone Enanthate 500mg/week split into 2 pins. (M,F) Started already
Masteron Propionate 300mg/week split into 3 pins. (M,W,F) Will be starting after week 2

Two of the masteron pins will be backloaded in the same syringe as the Test.

PCT/On-cycle Suppression - Arimidex (Anastrozole) - .5mg EOD Starting week 4 or if signs arise.

HCG - This is something I'm still not 100% about, I was planning on doing 500 IU EOD for 4 weeks, after my last pin of Test E but I've also read about doing it while you're on starting after week 4 or so (specifically a video by Dr. Rand on Youtube).

Nolva - 40/40/20/20
Clomid - 50/50/25/25
Training - I subbed to Julian Smith and am doing his Daily Pump workouts and following along with stretching/mobility. Usually heavy compound lifts at the beginning of workouts followed by 4 sets of 20 on a lot of ancillary exercises. Set a goal to add yoga/tabata.

Nutrition - I am still in college but if I can afford gear I should be able to afford food right...

So to try and keep this short my proteins are (salmon, tuna, chicken, beef, bison, and lamb)
Vegetables usually get rotated out every day and I eat all kinds. Except mushrooms fuck that.
Starchy, simple carbs and grains are usually consumed in the morning or before I lift.





I know it's a long read, but I'm inexplicably excited about this. Will be attaching pre,mid,and post bloods when they are due which won't be for 6 weeks/14 weeks respectively. (By the way I went to a wedding 2 days before getting my pre's done so I should probably re-do them right? Cause alcohol)

Once again any criticisms will be appreciated and thoughtfully considered. Glad to be a part of the community and posting after 2 years of just reading.

You've done your research, and have compiled it all well. You'll do great.

Masteron is one of my staple compounds so dont get me wrong here - it wont do cap for your strength with the test. you'll only have aesthetic benefits from it, and you'll lose these within a few short weeks after post cycle.... which will leave you disappointed and yearning for your next cycle. id consider adding mast in a future cycle and sticking with test. eat like a mofo, train like a beast and watch yourself grow like you never have before.

Mast always made me strong as fuck and really dense. I fucking love it, but 300 is a pretty lame dose. I would run prop no less than 600 a week.

6' 200 shouldn't be an issue, especially if you keep active. I don't know shit about soccer, but I was a left wing in rugby at 6'1 220 and was very mobile. I'm decently athletic for a fat white kid though.


DEFINITELY bring in Tabata. 20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 4 minutes. Do box shuttles for 4 minutes, rope slams for 4 minutes, and finish off with the Row machine for 4 minutes.

Mountain climbers really suck too.

I appreciate the input DonQ and Leancuisine, both very helpful statements. One thing I would like to ask you guys is do you use HCG during your whole cycle to keep your testicle size/continue sending the luteinizing hormone signal to them so they will be ready to go as soon as you begin PCT? Or do you start it later on/after the last pin? Thanks again!

Give yourself a pop every 3-4 weeks through the cycle, and up the frequency before and through your PCT. half life of HCG is short, so go small dose often as opposed to high dose seldom

Why not Mast @ 500+ mg/week?
Why not mast E instead of Prop?

HCG @ 500 IU/week for 2 weeks works fine. Best if 250 IU 2x/w
By doing so a 5000 IU vial will last 10 weeks.
I prefer to pin said 500 IU in the last 7-8 weeks of the cycle, and inject the remaining 2-3 weeks after cycle, HCG as part of pct.

Just curious if you purchased orals or any other stuff from A-R?
so far good quality for me too.

Those are both really good questions. Honestly I might up it, since I'm not starting the Mast until the 2nd week of Test E, I still haven't started it and I can always get more. I feel that I don't know enough about Masteron and since it's my first cycle I have no personal experience since I imagine everyone reacts differently to AAS. I know it's a shit reason but my roommates both ran the same cycle and have kind of the same body composition as I do and it worked phenomenally for them.

Source is called Precision Pharma, a lot of guys I know at my gym have used their products and I mean I see them everyday, shit works, especially since we're all not trying to use unnecessary doses of test or any other compound so 500 a week is doing it even for some of the bigger guys 250+.

So that's a no on the orals my man. Not really looking to do orals at the moment anyways.

As for my Anastrozole/Nolva/Clomid I'm using RUI products, once again both my friends used theirs and neither of them had any gyno and libido returned after two months for them, although they took HCG AFTER the cycle, I'm planning on doing what you said and go for the last 8 weeks so I have 4 weeks to finish the vial.

Seriously thanks for that HCG intel I feel you've got a good protocol (it just kinda makes sense to me).
