Another anavar question.

Don't get it twisted. You are lean, yes. Muscular? not so much. You have the body of a competitive swimmer which isn't inherently a bad thing but no one is going to confuse those guys with a bodybuilder.
Also, I think a swimmers physique is a tad discrediting imo.

I'm not a big guy by any means, but come on man give me something lol.

First off, I apologize for another anavar question. I know it has been asked a lot, and I know it seems like a lot of people are gravitating to it lately due to the internet.

I recently asked about running a low dose (20mg) of Anavar for 4–6 weeks while I’m cutting, and I got lit up for it. Basically I was told that Anavar would do absolutely nothing for me during an aggressive cut and that I should just keep dropping weight and wait for a bulk.

For context, I’m 5'11", around 173 lbs (Currently), roughly 16% body fat. I’m down about 30 lbs so far, and I’m on testosterone at 200 mg a week. My plan has always been to cut to around 15% or lower before adding anything else, and that plan still stands. I want to be below 15% before adding anything else.

What threw me off is I always understood Anavar to be something people use during a cut specifically to help hold onto strength. I’m not expecting it to burn fat or anything. I was looking at it strictly for performance support while calories are lower.

So my question is — am I totally off base here? Is Anavar actually pointless at this stage unless you’re already shredded? Or did I just get dismiss them without understanding my goal?

I’m open to being wrong. I just want a real answer from people who’ve actually used it. I understand its for the "end" of a cut, but would it not help with strength while being in a big calorie deficit?
someone help me out. Im on test 250 a week, hgh 20iu daily, and anavar 25mg daily with tamoxifin. These are labs from before i started. Im 140 5'7 and 29. My test was 230. Currently trying to get up to 160, but what should i look out for?IMG_6965.webpIMG_6964.webp

Basically this. Unless you compete, PEDs are for after you peak naturally.
There are a bunch of people laughing their FUCKING ASSES OFF, on that comment
IF that's true and the best you can do is 173 lbs. at 5'11" then either your genetics suck or your training sucks. Which is it?
Life. You know some people train for a decade or two but not continually or consistently because their life doesn't revolve around their body image. Surprising eh?

OP, do whatever the fuck you want. That being said, up the test a bit and take it slow. Track food and training. Revisit in a couple of months. For the time being let anavar on the self.

Why on God's green earth would you need that much GH? Also, should probably start your own thread instead of hijacking another's.

I Appreciate your input. I don't think my weight and muscle I carry is bad for how I train and how often I go on top of life as you said.

And based on my blood work I just got, I think just based on that alone I am revaluating what my next steps are.

You dont want higher anabokics during a cut unless its for a show prep. In prep your thinking about peaking for that 1 weekend and under the understanding your gonna rebound some after. During a normal cut your ability to maximize gains is extremely reduced because of inadequate nutrition and your still de-sensitizing yourself to the drugs. When your done cutting start your heavier cycle and use that metabolic rebound to add muscle instead of already being on more gear and not responding as well and gain back fat.

And I don't necessarily think I'm "fat" personally.
rule of thumb - whatever bf% you think you are, add at least 5% to it
assuming this is true, then you've got 36 lbs of fat on a frame which only weighs 173 in total.
anavar will not help you anymore than doing your cardio, and being in a deficit

no - cutting is not fun, yes - anavar would make it more fun but its just not necessary when your bf is still 20%+

just do the diet and never get to this bf% again.

Yeah, I definitely don't have 36lbs of fat on me still.

No, I was way heavier in that photo. It's old.
Ok. This is just stupid.

8 of 9 guys here are at 18-24% and on PEDs. Let’s just get away from the stupid bodybuilder/competitor delusions of grandeur and be real for a bit.

At your BF and lifting years taken at face value, you are just fine to include Anavar. Though for the suppression, 20 mg is rather silly. Up the dose with more research and do a dose that is practical.

Myself, I stay between 10 and 15% BF at almost 50 years old and have been in this game a long time.

Do your research and take everyone’s input with a grain of salt. Think for yourself, be cautious and practical but your body is an experiment.

That is half of what we do. We forge new ground untrodden by our personal genetic makeup with the best compass and maps we can find.

i dont blame you for thinking youre leaner than you are, thats just 99% chance the reality, nothing personal. just the do the diet man
Brother, did you see the photo I posted earlier. I'm not coming on here to toot my own horn or anything.

But I will guarantee you I don't have that much body fat on me.
