Well no I didn't take the pic my self on account I'm waiting at Midas getting the stang fixed. But hell yea I used to train outside and at home but the wifey talked me into going and I like it. Nice equipment just stay quiet and ur good and wipe ur machines down when your finished. During the day they have instructors to help you and teach you. But all and all it works for her and I so I just put my rocky tunes on and get in the zone.
 
I really liked the post on fst-7 it really kills me the next day but I can tell a huge difference in my strength can't wait till my supps kick in and then when I get to where I want body fat wise ill start my other cycles.

We all joke about PF because we're a bunch of meatheads (well I am, I wont speak for everyone else). But wherever you can get it in is great. And if the wife will go with you its that much better.
Personally id work out in a card board fort made by dyslexic midgets if the weights were there!

I never ate there. Lol yea it kinda is a joke place but it'll do for now and the price is decent. Plus yea always nice when the wifey and I to together. Actually a lot of her family goes there so its pretty neat.
 
The wifey and I took the bikes out did 12 miles yesterday on the local canal. Sunday we purchased some yoga mats and a 8 lb medicine ball. Going to do a lot of core workouts together. Trying to keep the motivation up by making it a competition w her.

Get it. Its always easier and more fun when you have someone pushing you. Plus its good you have that support from her.
 
I agree man. I've also added 5lbs to my forearm machine sunday can definetly feel it working now. The movitation I'm trying to keep it fun but serious w her so we both enjoy it.

Go hard bro !! Heart rate is the key to loosing weight I went from 46 pants to 32 and my legs r the only thing keeping me from having a smaller size gonna have to get tailored jeans lol keep your protein up so you don't burn off muscle!!
And don't worry about them tits till you get lean the doc can cut that shit right out !!!!
 
I agree bro trying to eat healthy again and get my cardio in to is my key to losing weight. Back 5 years ago in the pic w the blue tank top I was 167lb and had no bitch tits. They went away for me when I was that skinny. Trying to get back to that weight range and just add more muscle.and strength. Had a vacation last week need to hit the gym I'm behind a week.
