Hi everyone,
I've been a long time lurker on this forum and some of the other anabolic/lifting based boards. I'm a late 40's Marine combat vet from Massachusetts. I've been working out and lifting weights in one fashion or another for over 20 years.
My body is pretty beat up from Iraq and the Corps but I've made a dedicated decision to get my ass into the best shape of my life as I near the half century mark. I follow a PPLPP routine and do a minimum of 45-60 minutes of cardio 6 days per week (typically running 3-5 miles when it is not winter). In the past I've experimented with some of the old ando's before they got banned and more recently some of the SARMS. Might have made one small purchase from one of the other boards in the past. I've been on TRT for the past couple years and am currently taking 200mg week of Test-C and feeling good, all markers are as they should be and I do not need an AI. I'm not looking to get huge or insanely strong just want to refine what I have with minimal to no side effects. I think the term people use now is TRT+ or sports TRT.
Recently joined a couple of the other boards as well. Looking to educate myself, contribute where I can, and interact with some like minded folks.
