Thank you for the review sir! You sure that’s Test Cyp or water in there? Haha joking! Just super clear!

Oh cause axle told us his test is yellow because that just happens when you brew lolThank you for the review sir! You sure that’s Test Cyp or water in there? Haha joking! Just super clear!
So, we have MCT as a carrier, steroid, and both benzyl alcohol as well as benzyl benzoate. MCT oil is fucking sterile naturally, bacteria can not grow in MCT oil ever. Can anyone offer a good reason why it's necessary to add ba/bb???I don't think theres any point doing it filtered vs unfiltered.
I look a quick look out of curiosity, the only thing that looks (?) is the pentadecanoic acid. (not something that can be filtered out either way)

Here’s a quick 5 min google search with verified sources for all statements below. Technology is such a great tool when you’re not afraid to use it. Give it a go next time you have a question rolling around upstairsSo, we have MCT as a carrier, steroid, and both benzyl alcohol as well as benzyl benzoate. Spare me your AI nonsense, I specifically asked why are brewers adding alcohol to MCT? Can someone anyone provide actual data on MCT without alcohols added this showing microbial contamination? Because my intuition is telling me brewers are robotically adding it and it's really unnecessary. If ba is being used to create super high concentration steroids I guess I understand at least that. But then I have to wonder can't brewers just make lower potency gear with MCT only and have it work? Here’s a quick 5 min google search with verified sources for all statements below. MCT oil may be low in bacteria and not support microbial growth easily, but that does not make it inherently sterile or appropriate alone for injectable pharmaceutical products.
BA is widely used in injectable formulations to inhibit bacterial and fungal growth and help ensure the product remains sterile over time. This is especially important in multi-dose vials or any product that could be exposed during handling.
Sterility in pharmaceuticals means manufactured and certified free of viable microorganisms, not just “bacteria can’t grow.” A sterile injectable product requires validated sterilization and preservation processes.
BA helps dissolve steroid esters that may have limited solubility in plain oil. Without a co-solvent, the steroid could precipitate or form crystals over time — reducing potency and causing inconsistent dosing
BA can slightly lower the viscosity of the carrier so the solution draws and injects more smoothly
BB is not ONLY a preservative — its primary purpose is to increase solubility of steroid esters in oil and keep them dissolved long-term. (Many steroids dissolve poorly in plain oil; sesame, MCT, etc. In a standard formulation mix, BB helps steroids stay dissolved at higher concentrations that plain oil alone cannot maintain.
BB prevents crystallization or precipitation during storage and at the injection site after administration. Without it, active drug can separate out, leading to uneven dosing and possibly more irritation.
BB also affects how the drug is released from the oil depot formed in muscle tissue — helping maintain a consistent release profile.
Idk bro why use soap when you can just rub patchouli oil all over yourself ? I guess single use amps will sometimes just use a carrier oil and no ba/bb but most of the time I’ve seen that it’s just EO and not mct.Spare me your AI nonsense, I specifically asked why are brewers adding alcohol to MCT? The first paragraph is 1000% facts no Ai. Contradicts your entire statementSo, we have MCT as a carrier, steroid, and both benzyl alcohol as well as benzyl benzoate. Literally every brewer uses bb/ba. Do you brew your own stuff?Spare me your AI nonsense, I specifically asked why are brewers adding alcohol to MCT? Long story short...Can anyone offer a good reason why it's necessary to add ba/bb???
Im so behind on all this.Oh cause axle told us his test is yellow because that just happens when you brew lol
I’m pretty sure it’s from raw oxidization or high heat while brewing, it’s just weird to pass it off as normal when they have batches that aren’t like thatIm so behind on all this.
I just checked my test inventory, out of 7 to 9 vendors, all but 1 (including Axle) are clear. I've been using the beer colored test with good results. Maybe Im injecting piss, who knows.

MCT is sterile, does not need filtering. MCT is thin as fuck you mean to tell me BB is needed to make it thinner?Long story short...
BB is co-solvent (increases API solubility in carrier oil) and viscosity modifier.
BA (at concentrations used) is a bacteriostatic agent for multi-dose vials. Keep any shit you contaminate the vial with from growing. Assuming oil in vial was properly 0.2 um filtered to begin with and hence sterile.
You did use the word necessary so I spot you that.MCT is sterile, does not need filtering. MCT is thin as fuck you mean to tell me BB is needed to make it thinner?
So I think I'm right. Brewers are adding it "just because." Something to think about.
