Hi everyone, ive been working out off and on now for 26 years, the gym is a big part of my life its what helps me get though the day sometimes, you know what I mean if you have a shitty day week or month the iron is always there lol anyway ive got aleast ten cycles under my belt over the years, some good and some bad, but ive only done 3 in the past 4 years, so im here to learn what I can and contribute what I can
