Another new guy

What's up guys, figured I'd finally join and make an intro post after browsing the forums for quite some time. First time AAS user, long time lifter. Been lifting since high school and I'm now 28. 5'11, 208, ~12% I'd guess. I tend to fluctuate between 200-210 (but I've been as lean as 185 and as heavy as 220 - intentionally).

I also play in a mens "semi pro" football league, although this will most likely be my last year, so only another ~8 weeks or so. That's part of the reason I've been up to 220 and am currently still at 210. Plan is to drop sub 200 again once football is over.

I guess you could actually say this is my second "cycle" although my first was a 3.5 week stint with just Anavar (and HCGenerate. Yes, I know.....) Was stupid and hardly worth it. This time around I'm sticking with Anavar, but adding 250mg test cyp weekly. Not a high dose I know, but it's my first real cycle and I have enough rx cyp for me to run 250mg x 8 weeks. I'm doing the var at 100mg daily. I'll start pct of clomid + nolva at week 10 (2 weeks after last pin) and run that for 3-4 weeks.

Looking to gain some strength as football season goes on and obviously some size for aesthetic reasons. My diet has been real clean and will stay that way for the next 3 months. Keeping protein over 300g/daily, clean carbs and fats. As many veggies as I can. I don't count calories, but I've been doing this long enough that I know my body and know how much I need to eat to gain or lose weight.
