Hello all, I have been a lurking for a few months and figured I should try and help contribute if i can. I am currently 46, 220 pds around 16-17% bf. I had worked out most of my adult life till family and stuff came along. 3 years ago, went back to the gym to help my son with lifting for football, amazing how little knowledge people who train our kids have. Two years later I was very happy with my strength, but I wear a dress shirt at work and people still thought of me as kinda chunky guy. So i made a decision to change my eating habits and now eat very very clean, and a ton of protein based foods.
In June I tried a var only cycle, started very low at 20mg a day worked my way to 60 mg aday, while reading a ton of forum, I noticed sex drive and testes were not holding up so well, so quit week 7 and started a clomid only pct for 4 weeks. besides that cycle was great, got stonger and leaner everyday, decided I should lean out a little more to prepare for a proper cycle for warm months.

Welcome to Meso man. Var only? Not a great choice but live and learn. Research here and you will get dialed in on cycling, pct, training, and diet. GL
 
Welcome to meso! I had taken a decent size break myself from weight training. Been hitting gym hard for the last four years. I'm 42 and in the best shape of my life. Keep up the good work. A lot of knowledgable guys here to help you along.
