Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself here on the forum. Since I am almost 30 and have been recently plateauing in my gains I think its best I start considering some alternatives besides whey protein and creatine.
I know little to nothing about the different types of products, different cycles, and the dosage of what I will need. But what I do know is that I have a slow metabolism and I would like to convert fat into muscle, while keeping the side effects down to a minimum. From my little research that steers me into the Anavar, Clenbuterall, and Winstrol cocktail cycle?
I will continue my research but if anyone knowledgeable on here would like to chime in please don't hesitate to either PM me or post in this thread.
