I’ve been on Meso a little over a year now, I just haven’t posted or introduced myself yet. Played football, was on the track and power lifting team in HS, graduated @ 6’0 185lbs. Got into even better shape in my early 20’s. Then around 25, I get lazy, really lazy. By the time I’ hit 39 y/o I was up to 358. I was drinking 12+ drinks a day just to feel slightly drunk(to get hammered I’d need 750-1500ml of 40%), I ate as much whatever I wanted to eat, whenever I wanted to eat it. My lifestyle was as sedentary as sedentary could be. I was miserable, depressed, anxious, I had aweful insomnia, horrible sleep apnea, brain fog, zero energy. Then my doctor tells me at this rate you won’t be around for your 55th b-day. He introduces me to IF, I applied that to the carnivore/atkins diet. Basically for 1.5 years I would only eat once a day, I’d have a steak and some broccoli mixed with cauliflower. I stopped alcohol cold turkey(still sober) I drank 3-5L of water per day, walked when I could, should stationary when I couldn’t, and only sit down when I had to.
I didn’t realize, and my Dr. didn’t explain to me that while only eating 1K cal/day x 18 months is GREAT for losing weight, if you’re not hormonally optimized, taking EAS, creatine, getting enough protein, and lifting heavy weights, then 59-60% of your weight loss could be muscle.
So I get down to 245, but still fat, and I start lifting regularly. I get labs and see that my ovr test @ 245 naturally came up to 289 from the pathetic 32 it was at when I weighed 358lbs, wasn’t exercising, and was drinking all the alcohols. I start trt, well, TRT+, my dose was Sus250 0.5ml twice a week. QSC $0.36/IU HGH 4IUs/day. I also picked up some Anavar 50, Win50, Dbol 50, for stupid cheap prices. I didn’t use them when they came in, but I’m glad I got them. I was able to get multiple kits of Sus250 and Test E for $65 ea, and a few Primo E 200 kits for $300 ea.
As I leaned out I did a few blast. Test 750, Primo 600, anavar 25mg pre workout only. Now I’m at 41 y/o 6’ 200-205lbs. My scale, AI, and body scanning Apps put my BF @ 15-18%. I think it’s more like 20%(however that may just be loose skin more than anything). Upper body has better definition than I’ve ever had, even with the loose abd skin I have visible abs for the first time in my life!!! I have visible veins from running shoulder/chest to hands, in my lower abd, and all throughout my quads and lower legs(once again, completely knee to me) I did my first ever un-assisted pull up a few months ago @ the age of 40 years old(pathetic I know), but now I can do 8-10 at a time. These statements will probably draw mockery, because who the fuck brags about mediocre shit like that? But never in 100 years did I think I’d have the body I have(best shape of my life BY FAR) @ 41 years old! Anyways, I’ve really enjoyed reading and researching as much as possible on here over the last year. I’m very excited to see where Lily’s new oral drug combining Reta+ an IGF agonist so you lose fat but build, or at least preserve muscle, interesting stuff.
