@Penguin15 listen it better to start your own thread so we can ask you Q's also. WE can answer a straight out Q. but as we / you move on with you situation more Q's ca arise and we should get your complete stats when we get to other things...that's if you wanted to continue with our help in answering you Q's.

AS usual this thread is about someone else and his Q's and he may continue on further , so when others come in they can relate to one person who opened the thread with his Q's and the follow up.

I will ask you why you would want a female panel. Aren't you a male ??

Please start your own thread so we all relate and can focus on your Q's.

So.. As the title says.. Another newbie post here!
I'm planning on doing my first cycle, I've been thinking about that for a year and did a bunch of solid research but still have some questions. I really want to do it with the maximum knowledge and in the most "safe" way possible.
I'm 24 years old, I've been lifting for almost 5 years. I'm 5'8" and weigh 170 lbs at around 12% bodyfat.
My main goal with the cycle is to gain as much muscle as possible with the minimum amount of fat.

My cycle would look like this (really basic I guess)

Week 1-12 Test E 250 mg (twice a week)
Week 1-12 Adex .25/.5 mg EOD (just in case of bloatong or itchy nipples)

PCT
Week 15-18 Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Week 15-18 Clomid 75/50/50/50

NOTE: I don't want to use Adex unless it's needed because I want to see if I'm prone to gyno or/and bloating.
I Want to use Testosterone only because I want to see how my body reacts to it, so I'm not stacking anything with it.

I'm gonna train 6 days a week and eat 500 cals above maintenance.

I have two questions:

1. Should I do 500 or 600 mgs of Test per week?

2. Is my PCT alright?

I want to have everything sorted out and on hand before I start anything, so if you think that something's not quite alright, please tell me.

Also if you do this are you planning on using hcg?
 
I personally don't use it for blast or trt. There are mixed reviews on it. Some say to use during cycle this keeps your nuts full and they won't shrink. Some say to use for pct to start ur production back up.
 
After some reading, I have more questions :confused:

Some suggest to run for a first cycle 250/300mg and keep the PCT to a minimum if even run. What are your thoughts about it? To me, it makes sense: for a beginner it may be all that I need. But.. I'm no expert and I'd like to hear your thoughts.
 
Yes. If I could do it again I would of waited till my numbers naturally dropped. But 15 years ago we really didn't have all the info we have now. U don't wanna start trt in your early 30s. It's your body man. But I know it's tempting. I would deff wait tho. See what others say.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I forgot to add that I got Testosterone and free testosterone results last week.. 694 ng/dl for total testosterone and 43.5 pg/ml for free testosterone.. I still have to do the other blood work..
I know that I should wait. But right now I have the time and the dedication to do that. I don't know if in a couple of years I'd have the time and dedication.

In a couple of years I may not have the dedication" Well holy fvck that mean this is not for you. Why on earth would you chance a potential problem when what you say is you are not going to be serious for life. Really I don't understand. This means you may not keep it up or the intensity to hold your gains.

What I get is "I want to, I want to" and Oh but I'm gonna do it no matter what anyone says. Sound real mature Ya think? You want us to find a way to make this safe for you. What about this and what about that.

At the end of the day you are gonna do it anyway. So if you do and no matter what you add or don't stack this is a flip of the coin chance. I can't believe your statement above.
NO time or DEDICATION later then NO NEED to do this. This tells me you don't have the determination to do a correct cycle and put in the hard work it takes. There is no room to take it lightly and easy when on cycle.

Get serious man and grow up.

Probably I explained myself badly. What I meant was that I don't know what is gonna happen in my life, with my job. Right now I know I have plenty of time and no stress from my job. I can put everything I have in it and get the best out of it. Doesn't it make sense? It may not be good enough of a reason, though.

It's 5 years that I workout and I took just 3/4 weeks off a year and my nutrition is been in check since.

I don't understand why you just assumed things and were so hard on me. I know I don't know pretty much anything about AAS but that doesn't mean I don't have dedication. You assumed that! I opened a new thread to get suggestions and critics. I didn't make up my mind and you guys made me think (and that's what I wanted from this post, to think).

My idea of cycling now is bad and I get that I should wait no matter what! But it's tempting. And in case I decide to do it, knowing the risks, I want to be informed about all those things. Is it really that bad of a attitude?

This what you say is GOOD :) I was tough and you are not that young when it comes to people telling you age 25 like that's the magic age. But is better due to growth and your Endo system.
But I think you do need more study so you have a better understanding. like 500-600 ? hell WTH no difference especially first cycle cause 500mgs is way plenty. Less will be a waste IMOP.
You idea of Gyno prone to see or want to hold , o hand Adex for itchy nipples...huh see inexperience and misunderstanding of why an AI and why not. Itchy nipples can be a sign your gear is good and working and not in many cases Gyno beginning.

Learn more , read and visit other forums and read listen. Take a year and get super serious and tell yourself if I can make this or that gain (be realistic) by training better , harder, mind and muscle connection meditating wile lifting and diet and consistency with smarter training then I'll have the base both mentally and physically to move to the next level , AAS.

IMOP to be able to do a correct and beneficial cycle getting everything you possibly can get out of it you need to live, eat and sleep all that is required for a minimum of 20 weeks. Cycle being 12-16 and the after cycle of PCT and continued training to recover and HOLD your LMM gains.

Think and Think it over , you have nothing but time for now. a year means saving money for gear and BW tests and seeing what you can do and change in you BB quest as you build a better base before you start. Concentrate one day at a time and a year will go by and your gains will be much better, IMOP

I use HCG 250mg every 4 days on cycle.

My friend blast HCG off cycle 3000 to 5000 mg

I read that it's better to do HCG on cycle. there is a thread on here somewhere that talks in depth about it and even have clinical studies showing guys who take it on cycle vs taking off cycle.
