Another Newbie Question RE: Sust

Hi guys, I'm looking cut some weight and realize that diet and cardio are best for doing this but I have heard that low doses of Sust 250 can speed up the weight loss while adding a little LBM. So here goes;

Question 1: I'm 5'10" 215 I'm not at my normal peak by far but want to get there as soon as possible. Would 250mg's of Sust a week for 12 weeks be a benefit for me?

Question 2: Should I start the above supplementation require the use of an anti E or is the dose low enough where I really wont have to worry about it?

I realize that this is a very low dose but I just mainly want to drop fat and harden up a little more and don't want to grow so much as to cause suspicion at work. Any input would be greatly appreciated as I am very new to this and trying to learn as much as possible.

I don't believe test has any noticeable effects on fat burning. But if you wanna gain some muscle without water or fat gain, and without any dramatic gain in size, I think EQ would be better for that. Try about 500mg/week for 12 weeks or so... at least 500 though. I don't think less will do much. The use of anti-e's would not be necessary because EQ does not aromitize to any great degree.

if you're just looking to save muscle while dieting, that 250mg/wk of sust would do. if you're also looking for some LBM gains, then i dont think its enough.

as far as being discreet and not gaining too much too fast, that all depends on how much you eat.

now, all that being said, its not going to be easy putting on muscle while dieting down and losing fat. do one or the other, and i think you'll like the results alot better.

as for anti-e's, you "shouldnt" need them on that dose. but its better to have them and not need them, then to need them and not have them.

whats your recovery plan look like?

I was planning on Clomid 100mg ED for a week and then 50mg ED for two weeks after that. This seemed to be a baseline that I've seen recommended to other first timers granted most of them are using a higher dosage of test but I'd rather be safe than sorry. I'd like to avoid side effects as much as possible so any info would be appreciated.

I also forgot to mention a contributing facter to me only using 250mg's of Sust is that it's easier for me to go down south once a week to have a doctor administer the shot and Clomid I can bring back without too much of a hassle. So I'm trying to stick to injectibles that require only one injection a week if possible.

?????????????? So you plan on taking 1/5 of a cc ED? Dude if you are only doing 250mg of Sust a week just do one shot a week. If you really want to do two then take 1/2 a cc 2x a week. The amount you grow depends on how much you eat and protien intake plus REST. Why is your choice sust250? You could get a few bottles of Prop and run 300mg a week in EOD shots and save some money. If you want my honest opinion take 500mg of Test and 400mg of EQ per week. The more LBM you have the more fat/calories you'll burn off. I've done cycles that have put over 25lbs on me in 10 weeks and nobody at works says anything because they see you everyday. It's the people that don't see you but every 4 weeks that ask questions. Also I've been working out and eating right plus drinking allot of protien will work to shut people up.
 
Sorry about that, I was talking about the Clomid during recovery but forgot to put in the word Clomid. Fixed it now though.
 
You should be fine with the sust at 250mg and unless you are already prone to bodyfat, you should be fine. One shot a week should do it.
