Mid 30's somewhere west of MiSs in good ol USA.
Trained a lot from teens thru 20's, schoollllllllllll got in the way, maybe good or bad see below.
3 yrs ago at my worst decided to stop and reevaluate and since then been training pretty hard. Images inserted are 3 yrs ago, yr ago, and about 2 weeks ago. I'm starting to lean out.
Image 1: 230lbs +30% bf waist 38-39
Image 2: 245lbs 20-25% bf, waist 34-35
Image 3: 236lbs 18-20% bf, waist 33-34

I do train legs BTW.
Diet:
clean as fuck now (well, I still down an 18" pizza, 12 wings, and a salad, (u know for carb loading) on Fridays at the local pizzeria during my cruze workouts and bulk. Fucking chicken, fish, rice, veg, and protein now every day until May.
Training:
I've completely gotten away from the crap lifting I did in my youth. Today, I've broke my training in 3 phases and do quality lifts.
Cut: jan-april
Cruze: May-August
Bulk: sept-dec
In terms of what I do, I have ADHD and I change shit weekly but I keep the same focus as above. I'm still learning and another "why" I'm here.
AAS:
Late high and early college messed around with dbol, deca and some T if I got it. Started believing the lie and convinced myself I was gonna be Lyle Alz. Went to school, science background, science profession and lots of access to free journals started changing my belief system about AAS.
Now:
Clinic prescribed TRT
t-c, hcg, arimidx protocol. I've started some mice research as a side hobby. Those little fat fuckers are getting lean btw. I also consult with some locals and a very close friend about all the science I've learned. There's also a photo of my aspirin.

Is that the same brand U guys use? Kirkland is awesome IMO.
Why I'm here:
You guys know a lot of shit and it's stuff I can't read in a journal. I need to learn more before I make further strides in my development. I assume that's why the sites was developed? Since I do have access if I so chose to adapt it into my training I want to get as much info as possible before going a certain route. Anyways, I know this shit is important to everyone here and I respect the site, if I ever do something fucked, I apologize in advance as the voices sometimes do get out. I know with this rowdy bunch I'll never have to worry about hearing about it.
Oh and I also like sweet serenades and long walks on the beach, I'll give reach arounds but only if you have a pussy and I always start my workout with "warriors code" by DKmurphys.
