Okay, my diet has sucked ass early this week (Friday today), but I cleaned it up a bit since yesterday. I did another volume workout last night. Using variations on what I would normally do. Underhand grip for my lat pulldowns, super slow dips and holding them at the top, pull over machine, Pec Dec etc. Really enjoyed the variation and I'm nice and sore today.
My early week diet consisted of skipping breakfast, big lunch of beef and rice, junk food for dinner and two desserts. I started getting a lil belly so I cut out the desserts from wednesday onwards, and now I'm back to eating normal. Lots of brocolli and lots of fruit. Haven't really gained any strength this week but obviously I've got no test and I'm out of orals so I'm basically living off of the testosterone thats lefts in my blood. Haven't pinned for a few weeks now I think. The Mission proviron did wonders for my sex drive though. Now that I haven't had any for a week, I'm back to my normal sex drive of once a day instead of 46 times a day. Definitely going to use that stuff during my PCT to make sure the wife is happy.
Its the weekend coming up and I will be making my triumphant return to MMA after hurting my foot and shoulder, so we'll see how that goes. Can't wait to grapple again. I really want to go to Judo but I know my foot will get stepped on and it will hurt like hell.
Current weight is 182lbs. Gained 8 since I started.
