First pin today quads i was nervous as fuck but dint even felted i mix 1ml of test e with .5ml of test p i dint want to push 2ml on my quads.
I'll post here every week And post picture of progress I'll take a picture daily and post a lil video every month with all the pictures at 3-5 frames per second.

Dont see the point of mixing tests in a test only cycle. Cycle looks good though as far as AI, HCG, and PCT. I will be following.
 
Third pin today first time on my delt my technique was crap my hand slip trying to aspirate and the syringe move quite a bit feeling a bit of pain and discomfort 12 hours later. Been taking 3 to 4 shower a day and using antibacterial soap and the black soap for acne i really dont want acne or gyno so im taking maximum precautions.
Diet is on point im sitting on 15% body fat i see my abs but not to much of my obliques im just gonna do a clean bulk staying 15%-16%.
Any tips on pinning glutes would be greatly appreciated.
 
Meso is full of kids 25 and under with ridiculous cycle outlines asking for long term possibly irreversible effects.

Weeks

1-10 Test E 600mg/week

1-4 Test Prop 100mg eod

10-15 Aromasin or as needed.

Drop test E after completing week 10 on week 11 start to taper with Test Prop

11-14 Test Prop 100mg m,w,f

11-15 hcg eod

15-16 nothing but the hcg bridging into pct

Pct for weeks 16-21

I think would be a better way to do it.
 
To me long Esther test cycles go like this

First 5 weeks not much

Next 5 weeks feeling amazing strong and horny

Anything after that not much more the test will start to plateau.

If you're trying to clean bulk this cycle would not be ideal.

I stopped aspirating. You will like test, at least. You admit its a long cycle, at your age do the pct, use a little aromisin if you start getting to puffy, yeah the nips will prob itch some, it's not gyno, yet.

Hi bro, on pinning glutes, I have a friend help me, I pin it, she aspirates and presses.

If I ever need to pin myself ill take the plunge and go for other areas that are easier.

Glutes is difficult regardless from my experience so far, I have done it, but I cant give advice on how to make it easier unfortunately, sorry!

Really? Its incredibly common. While waiting for the enanthate ester to hit peak blood levels and for keeping the test high right until the enathate clears your system before PCT. Its really quite a good system.
 
Not bad
Add 2000-3000 more calories and lift way heavier.
Take your training and nutrition more seriously you should see solid results.
 
Is the middle of my second week and i feel a bit stronger im up 4 lb look a bit different my delts are bigger i don't feel not too much different just more focused in the gym just started my AI E3D ill adjust if needed and I still can't Pin glutes.
