Another quick egg question

I usually cook eggs but sometimes late in the night if I feel I need a quick meal I will put eggs in a shaker bottle and eat them raw. Some people believe that this is hard on the digestive track while others say that it is better to eat them raw. My question is do you think your body digest the whole egg and all the nutrients eating them raw? let's hear some opinions.

you probably won't get any facts. Just lots of opinions. My opinion is to cook em. The few times I do buy eggs I cook em all at once and than will eat em during the week.

yeah theres still no real clear opinions or facts. on eating raw eggs just eggs in general. Thanks for your time.

I don't eat them much but i will admitt that a big fat mushroom and onion omelet tastes much better than 6 raw eggs in a glass with the mushrooms and onions mixed in

I just had a vegetable salad with french dressing. I hate the french but i really love their dressing :) I'm going to make a fat omlete tomorrow morning.

Cook the eggs! Does chicken breast lose its protein content when cooked? NO! Does red meat? NO! SO why would eggs get tainted if you cook them.

If you eat eggs raw you are asking for food poisoning or salmonella.

Do you eat red meat right out of the styrofoam pack at the supermarket? NO! Eggs are not made to be eaten raw by humans.

That shit was a boxing myth back in the day. I don't know ONE boxer today who drinks raw eggs. This reminds me of those sprinter idiots back in the day who ate a steak 30 minutes before their meet. How misinformed!
