I will be starting a six week d/bol-sust cycle soon (30mg/day-500mg/week). I am very gyno sensitive, and have my adex and clomid. What dosages, and for how long should I take both. Also will I be safe with the two, or should I have some nolva on hand as well.

I prefer femara personally but if it's arim. you have that i'd suggest taking 1g ED split in 2 doses. Do you have nolvadex on hand?

I don't have nolvadex on hand, but I can probably get some. I was thinking .5 ED on the arimidex, do you think this isn't enough.

Ari @ 0.5 should be sufficient. You might want nolva on hand, just in case you are REALLY that sensitive to gyno. If the ari isn't cuttin the mustard, run the nolva @ 80/day until the itchiness or puffiness is gone then drop down to 40 for a few more days and if itchiness is still gone drop down to 20. Definitely get the nolva if you're sensitive, it's cheaper than having to get surgery for your new B-cups. Just curious why you're running your cycle for only 6 weeks? Just asking cuz Sust got some long acting esters in it. Peace.

0.5 is usually sufficient but as you're prone to gyno, I was trying to err on the side of caution. get some nolva. cheap and good!

He's doing under a gram of aas and you all are recommending more than .25mg ed???One of the probs with Ari is when done in higher doses than necessary it will stop all aromatisation,,,You need some estrogen for calcium absorbtion and for fat management,,,It also affects the sex drive negatively to have no serum estrogen,,,I've been using Ari for more than 2 years at .25mg ed during my various cycles with no probs and I am very inclined to gyno,,,I have been on 6 months now in HRT at more than 700mg every 2 weeks using .25mg ed ari,,,This works,,,Use ari only,,,If some symptoms start up then do 20 mg Nolva ed and increase your dose of ari,,,Continue the Nolva til the symptoms go away,,,VDC

SkyWalk have you used 1mg Ari with just 500mg test? The sides would be VERY bad - no energy, depression, no libido, and as VDC said a very bad effect on the bones and also your heart health.

0.25mg ED is suffifcient, I agree with VDC

Wow VDC, 700mg/aas every 2wks? Are you still self prescribing your hrt, or did you finally get a doc to work with you? What all are you taking right now? If I recall, you were on EQ for a little while, are you still taking that?
