Ok guys I have a question. I have heard a lot of opinions on the use of Anti E's. So what I would like is a more definative guide on the use of the following products.

ameridex
nolvadex
bromocriptine

a quick and simple guide:

hCG.....gets the nuts back to full size quicker so they can start producing natural test again. this is a touchy subject as far as doses go...people seem to disagree alot on doses. but 750-1000 iu's ED for the last 10 days before starting clomid is a safe bet.

clomid......once the nuts are back to size, clomid helps the body start producing test faster. typical dose is 300mg on day 1. 100 mg/ED on days 2-14. 50mg/ED on days 15-21. its also a mild anti-e. not recommended for use as an anti-e.

arimidex.....helps cut down/block the conversion of test to estrogen, thereby helping prevent gyno. usual dose is .25mg/ED but people vary. you might need more or less. also helps prevent bloat.

nolva......helps prevent gyno by attaching itself to the same receptors as estrogen wants to attach to in the breast tissue. usual dose is 20mg/ED. can also be used as a sub for clomid as clomid makes some guys weepy/little bitches. typical doses for recovery are 80mg/ED for 3 weeks.

bromo...dont know much about this.

Great list..the only thing I would add is that the Armi will also help lower your blood pressure.

Excellent summary.
Bromo is a dopamine agonist, which will lower prolactin levels (caused by fina or deca among other things). You'd be better off using B6 before trying bromo, as bromo can be harsh and B6 works very well at 200mg/day maintenance or 200mg 3x/day to treat symptoms. If you do have to turn to a dopamine agonist, dostinex (cabergoline) is probably a better choice, being less harsh.

An additional note: AI's (letro, exemestane (aromasin), and Arimidex) can all lower HDL levels, with Adex being the least potent at doing so. Nolva, on the other hand, can increase HDL values (which is good). Therefore, a Adex/nolva combo works very well together.

I always use 10mg/day of nolva and .25mg/day of Adex throughout the cycle and continue all the way through pct with the exception of upping the nolva dosage to 20mg/day. This is in addition to clomid pct.

IMO, Aromasin would be much better,.at a 12.5 dose a day
