Guys, there is a good article in this months MD (Lee Priest on cover) about anti-e's. If you have a Barnes & Noble around, head down and read it. Basically it compares the effectiveness of various anti-e's in terms of blocking estrogen conversion, and also their effect on IGF-1 production. The info was quite good and had some interesting results.

I dont remember the page number of the article, but it was in the high 200s or low 300s.
