Any advices for newbee?

Just want to know from what should i start.
I dont know if i want to go in powerlifting, for the start just want to understand how to workout and what should i do?
Dont want to be this brainless type of people without spine or with broken legs (hope you understand me).
Dont want to use any chem at the moment (for some reasons, but who know, maybe one day i will).

For me, 7 and 9 is the choice of true aesthetes! I still have a long way to go for that result (no).

I haven't started working out at the gym yet, so I can't really say anything.
I don't know if my current body condition matters, if I want to achieve a certain result, should I do certain workouts?
I'm new at this, so I'm asking dumb questions, I hope you can give me some pointers and help me reach my goal!

Well if you haven’t started working out yet, you are like a blank slate! Should get some good results just by starting to exercise.

Do you need to lose any fat? Or is your primary goal to add muscle?

Here we need more specific goals and objectives. In what state are you now and how are you doing now?

Things are going well, I don't sleep much, I work and watch anime.
What about you?

Without joking, I actually understand that I suffer from being overweight (I'm 176 centimeters, weigh 85kg (approximately)).

In a week I can easily devote 2/3 of the day to go to the gym, based on this you can advise something?

High protein... try to eat 1g per lb of lean body mass at least. Keep most of your carbs breakfast and post workout. Your body will utilize them best at these times. Eat lots of green vegetables. Drink lots of water.

Hello. Buddy. I am recovering from covid. Before that I was engaged in powerlifting, now I think in the near future only cardio loads and only then to the gym.
If your goal is strength (powerlifting), then in general there are general workouts for 3 days a week. If hypertrophy (bodybuilding) can also start with basic training.

Hello. Thank you, it will definitely work out.
When I was younger, my best results in the three exercises of squat, bench press and deadlift were 260-180-270 kilos. Then there were many life circumstances, including injuries, a change of residence, and now covid. I would like to enter the training mode again. And of course, to establish a diet, otherwise I eat all tasty and fatty foods against the background of the disease.
