I'm not sure what you want but it doesn't sound like you need AAS or SARMs. I'd focus on nutrition and training.

Guys sarms are cheap but really not worth the risk and seem honestly scary...not much scares me.There are too many aas that can do all that is needed.

Well my hubby has been working out most of his life and eats very well ....not perfect ...has a cheat day...... But has a good muscle base .... He tried dbol for 6-8 weeks .....wants to try something that will aid in weight loss while retaining and gaining muscle

Yes there's a lot of scams with sarms like with AAS...so playing it safe is key too.

I am on TRT 200mg/week. I decided to try MK2866, 25mg/day with TRT. Day 6 i felt tired all day just thought it was one of those days. Day 7 i was tired all day took 2 naps that day. I stopped the SARMS a few days ago i feel better.

Lethargy can be a sign of elevated liver enzymes. Im not saying that is the case here but perhaps that is why the liver comment was made.
I will say this, proceed with caution as sarms are far from being ethically marketed. Their side effects extend well beyond what is being stated by most companies selling them.
