Ttokyo I think, about as good as it get's in TJ, word of advice, don't fuck around down there, be discrete, I big fucking white dude in TJ sticks out like a soar thumb. There's a good vet pharmacia right off of Revolucion, can't remeber the name though.

If you do go, there is a great store off Revolucion. Take a left on the street next to big arch, go down two or three blocks, maybe four. It's on your right next to a small pharm. It's a real pet store, you'll see some dogs for sale in the window. We use to go down there alot when I was stationed out in Cali, we never had any problems. It's better to walk through and back. Just have a couple of drinks, or take a girl, we never had a problem coming back through.

Also, 90% of shit down there is fake, especially if they have to "go and get it for you." Know what is real and what is not, carry a backpack, those black bags they give you are no good, don't park next to the pharm, and when you walk back to your car make sure no one is following you, also make sure the people from the pharm don't see what you are driving. Mostly true, probably save a couple hundred bucks, mostly for the thrill if you want to give TJ a try.
