Any insights, My First cycle and experience with AAS: Test E 400mg per Wk

well i just pulled the plug and swtiched oils....
Now I will have to face the music.. letz see if it gets better....
I hear Hammer's Test E might be underdosed but I guess we will see....
The other one i was using (CM oils) definitely felt like some stronger ish or just dozed right but only blood work will prove that....

Hope fully this is just as good as the Original and with less negative sides or whateva i was experiencing...
 
seems like the sides from Hammers Test E are a lotttt milder ( i dont know if that means its under dosed) since I still cannot get a blood work on anybody on Hammer Test E.
I might just post a new thread on that....:rolleyes:
 
Verdict : I have had Less PIP with hammers oils. less sides ( i dont know if that means under dosed in comparison to the 1st oil source but hey i am in it now so i m gonna ride it out.

Just weighed in and ... I am up 9lbs in 2 weeks :mad:dammn that just sounds too much....
my diet is in check eating 2100 calories or less on most days....
Could never break past 180lbs for 3 yrs eating like this and could not eat past 190lbs at 3200 calories ( which i know is plenty for me).

I AM Just still perplexed of how i can be at + 9lbs at week 2....
I would like to think its mostly water weight....
 
If your taking your ai, then water shouldn't be an issue. My first cycle i went from 188 to 206 over ten weeks. Kept most of it because of proper pct and ai use. It is said that taking an ai can hinder gains, if it does I've never noticed.
 
How much protein do you consume?
Also, sides/pip has nothing to do with the strength of the gear. I run pharma gear and have no pip at all. As for sides, they dont start to come until week 3. And they very maneagble

I have NOT taken any AI since i started cycle.
I eat about 60/40 split protein/carbs since my primary goal is trying to cut.

Ideally i would like to be at 180 with a more defined body (less BF than baseline) so we will see.
I have being carb cycling for a min and seeing how my body reacts.

My Input is about 115g - 120g of protein per day.

My issue might be the source of my protein which is mostly ( eggs, chicken,salmon and protein shake and beans)
I eat a ton of boiled brown /black eye beans lol almost everyday ( but i come to find out that beans is actually mostly carbs and NOT protein) but i am sure i m getting some protein too from it.(calorieking)

i might sub with lentils....

This. Also, testosterone doesnt burn fat. It allows you to cut while not lose any muscle.
If you want to recomp and basically burn fat and build muscle you'll have to eat at least 250g of protein a day. But ideally 300-400g.

Don't forget cardio, cardio's very important if you want to burn fat.

Well the only way is to pick up an extra tub of my ON Gold standard.
Ok I will double on protein powder leave everything the same and see what happens.

will try this for 2 weeks and see if i notice any difference from b4 otherwise I will increase protein input again.... ( the body can only absorb so much protein b4 its pushed out) unlike carbs and glyco....

You're on 500mg testosterone, you're body can absorb all the protein you throw at it.
 
Gram and a half of protein per lb of LEAN BODY WEIGHT. another words, subtract your fat percentage.
 
so my baseline was 180 lbs at ~15% BF --- 133 x 1.5 = 199.5 :confused:
those body mass calculators (BMI) are not always right IMHO
 
outside having itchy tits , or leaking nipples what other signs should i be looking for for signs of too much estro. ( I have non of this symptoms)
Its the begining of my 3rd week and i dont feel any special strengths increase or boner/libido increase but i am up in weight. i was at 191lbs last night ( up 11 lbs)
I have being holding back on taking any AI so i am mixed in my next move and think i should take some AI.
any advice will be appreciated.
I know rapid weight gain can also be a sign of Estro right ??? :oops:
Still wondering why my Dr. has not called me back for my blood work.

The very first sign of high e2 is difficulty ejaculating for me. Im not one to fuck around with my e2. I take aromasin if I'm on.
The rapid weight gain is water, another sign that your e2 could be elevated.
3weeks is to soon for long esters.

I just took 12.5mg of masin I will start slow maybe once a week then see wht happens.
