Any insights, My First cycle and experience with AAS: Test E 400mg per Wk

now i at the point where i am contemplating between eating more calories or keeeping calories intake low and do cardio + carb cycling.
I am still not burning fat as fast as i want.
May be its time to throw in VAR.
I was thinking i will do a Test E only and see how i feel but I seem to want more now.....
7wks into it.

You don't need var. If you want burn fat modify your calorie intake starting with your carbs. Add cardio to the mix. Drugs do not burn fat.

My last azz needs to up my cardio.
Maybe I will switch to more cardio vs lift training.
lift to cardio ratio 70:30 as opposed to 60:40 right now.

Maybe i will try this out for 30 days and see how my body reacts ( cycle shoud be done by then)

not getting enuff rest and food is killing my cycle and i feel like i need to jump ship.
Still struggling to get the estro dialed in. i know i am close but just stil dont feel tht porn start wood effect.
estro is not high though.
 
decided to up another cycle plus orals this time to see how well i can push the nxt time around.
my current cyc is up but i m gonna push it out 2 weeks then PCT and just go on a very caloric deficit diet, pct and just keep whteva i get till nxt cycle using wht i hv learned frm this.

I see that you got midcycle bloods - your a rock star, well done. Keep doing that.
Didnt you switch labs mid cycle? If so the first batch may have been enough to shut you down and the second not enough to keep you kick' - make sense? I see people do this all the time, not me - not ever - fuck that with a stick. I run the same shit, no guessing.
Quite possible you could have done this and with combined with your good AI be running your e2 into the dirt, your joints will tell you.

Let me just comment that one of your last posts was that you couldn't sleep and eat enough to keep up. Fix that first, your fucking yourself with out food. Not eating properly for your goals is the NUMBER ON MISTAKE seen on this board.
So look at the big picture here:

Things done well-
Came here and asked questions
You seemed to have listened (got bloods, ect.)
Did your best to manage E2
Came back and asked more questions
Had a goal and willing to aggressively pursue it

Things to improve-
Diet needs to be dialed in tight, no approximations - food weighed , meals prepd out, accurate and appropriate macro and calorie counts for losing fat I find no alternative to this for me in losing fat.
Consistency with your compounds. Like you did with bloods, find out what doses do what and stick with them
Set attainable and specific goals, no ambivalence here, numbers (ie... lose 4% of my body fat and add 1" to my limbs)

Everything you want to see happen is done with a fork AND a calculator, pen and paper. If I was beating you with a hammer and screaming this in your face I wouldn't be stressing it enough - especially as this was your first rodeo.
All in all your on the right track, you seem to be able to listen which is 99% of making changes. Your on your way.
I have heard time on cycle = time off cycle. I having nothing to add here because I blast and cruise. But I might add that you got off to a rickety start on your first cycle, not a complete disaster because I think you have learned a great deal from what has happened.
The diet must be repaired, you don't need to add anything - especially orals.
DO NOT DROP YOUR CALORIES GOING INTO PCT, you will be sorry you did IMO. A strong chance that you will lose muscle in the process, keep the cals up and change the macros, heavy weights - the biggest factor in making long term changes to the type of body composition you are after is having more muscle mass, do not compromise this you will be forever chasing your tail. Notice I said long term, this shit seems to take forever enjoy the ride, there is no destination, your arms will never be big enough, you will always want to bench more than your shoulders and elbows do - its part of who you are if your really in love with the barbell like most of us are.

Notits, does your back hurt from carrying this guy so damn long. Lol I didnt read the entire thread but I think you hit every point, now the trick is if he listens and follows direction. Also sounds like he needs to read a hell of a lot more to have a better understanding of how and why aas work.

Im in 100% agreement with you here my friend. Try to teach the willing that want to learn from you, and you get to keep and ad value to what you have ;) Not that I have much to pass along other than my experience.

Ive learned alot from here too and learn something new almost everyday. Crazy how much my knowledge has expanded. Hopefully this guy will stick around and do the same. I hate it when people come and disappear after one cycle.

I will really use this as a base to my next cyc.
 
i m down a ........... but i think this is due to eating.

i went fron 180lbs to 191 in 2 weeks without AI.
started AI 3 weeks in and played with diet then and exercise stayed there for 10 weeks at end of cycle (14 weeks) I was 189lbs but i am now 186lbs.
most of the muscle mass is still there.
 
How were your gains?

I also wanted to know : how long at the shortest time interval have you had to wait before starting another cycle. (I feel OK without PCT, not optimum but OK ( 6 out of 10)but still going to PCT and the wait a while and then redo this with more food and more everything.

I did Nolva clomid PCT for 4 weeks but tappered dwn y does after week 2 due to serious side effects ( lumps acne and feeling nauseu) .

Estradiol levels - 42.2 ( high)
Testosterone, Serum (686) still-higher than my baseline b4 protocol
MCHC 31.0 LOW
Calcium LOW

my questions is do i take more AI post PCT to lower my Estradiol.

Thinking off taking 12.5mg of exemestane EOD.

Any suggestions
