I buy them online (from italian e-pharmacies).
Also some supermarkets sell them, but you may only find 23G 5ml (needle+syringe).
I think it’s not a problem even going to a pharmacy and ask directly for what you need, but personally I didn’t follow that route because I don’t want to give shady answers to unwanted questions lol

Ei raga pure io penso potrei aiutare se serve che pure essendo in America ho un fottio di amici sia al nord che abbasc e boh ti spiego su tg che forse ci si può aiutare a vicenda (ho un fottio di gente che sarebbe interessata)

Certo, ailo io ero in FVG fino poco fa a Trieste sul confine con la Slovenia ma da un paio di mesi sto in America (ci sono nato e qua per lavoro è molto meglio, che in Italia dovevo fare tarantelle solo per arrivare a fine mese puta mare però mi manca) cmq si fammi sapere dove su tg e così si crea un bel gruppo imo

Damn both the wife n the therapist are so much hotter than in the actual series ahah that gyal is fine af (I love me sim mixed race gyals) either way ahah this ain’t too far off from the show I always found the sopranos hilarious but hey I’m from Italy n have too many friends from abbasc (down south), it’s funny how people in the states think mafiosi are like in the movies but in reality most of the guys back home look more like random whiteboy trappers or a light skin vrsn of a cartel guy (s/o a todos los vatos en el sur, tiengo que ir alla por comprar muchos top anabolicos y por joderme na puta Latina que es muy loca)

Yo from all the stuff ik n from homies too you can go (at least in Italy) to any pharmacy n ask em for any type of syringe they will even order em for you if they don’t have those specific ones in stock, tbh some stuff is so much easier in Italy like you can easily make a fake script for pretty much anything that is schedule 3 or under n just print it out n go to the pharmacy (ik it’s unrelated but just saying cos I’m now in the states n I had to get used to how the doc doesn’t just give you a script then you go to the pharmacy but nah they send it over n it’s a whole like security check so the opposite of back home ahah shit even if they caught you with a fake script back home unless you do it multiple times they rarely even call the cops idk maybe cos I lived in a real druggy area but in general it’s way easier)

in the last few years they changed it to ‘electronic prescription’, so it’s not fakeable anymore. The only way to get smth from the pharmacy is to know the pharmacist and like be an ‘intimate’ friend lol (moreover, they only have test cypionate or undecanoate, tadalafil, BP meds obv, proviron, clomid, a couple AIs available… for gh you can only ask if they can order it, but that’s even more risky to do)
