Any luck with splitting Rybelsus pills?

Browsing this forum reminded me that I bought a bunch of expensive Rybelsus (oral sem) a year or two back. A few 14mg boxes and a box of smaller doses. I was always reluctant to use them as they cost so much but I figure I might try it out if people have good reports.

My question is, do they work the same if you split the 14mg pills into four section? They're a chalky pill and don't have the extended release or other mechanism found in ADHD meds like Concerta so I can't see it damaging the efficacy but the guidelines from the manufacturer do state not to split them. Anyone tried it?

TBH, it's moot as I've got over my objection to injecting, plus I have a month's worth of low-dose sem in my fridge, and one week worth of low-dose tiz. I think I definitely need to step up the dosage though as I'm not getting the results I expected. Sort of wondering if to team the pill version with an injection as a mini-booster for specific days where I want to quell my appetite.

Unless you can split them perfectly cleanly, you're separating the Salcaprozate sodium absorption enhancer from the semaglutide and it won't work as well, The guidance says "don't split", for that reason.

Thanks guys. I was always curious about this, good to get some informed reasons about it. Everything I've read so far was just fuzzy and based on 'vibes'. Learning a lot here so far, appreciate it.
