On Cycle Ancillaries + Supplements

I’ve been doing 600mg EOD injectable glutathione since starting a 4 week run of anadrol 50mg ED. ALT/AST,GGT,Bilirubin total/direct all stayed within range for the 4 week run. Cystatin C slightly elevated

The glutathione is a game changer for sure!

Did you get your glutathione from a vendor on here? I’ve been trying to find a good source.

No bought it from a Korean beauty site. Pharma grade

that Korean Pharma stuff ships faster that some of my amazon orders. Great price too. Gotta go IM with the glut. SubQ is a no-go. The more concentrated you make it the more it will sting, but it's not terrible. Prior to using KP I ran one that was already in solution from a vendor on here at 200 mg / ml and it was entirely painless.

The Korean sources are legit. I attempted to get mine from them around the new year, but unfortunately my package was stopped at customs and sent back to sender. Company offered a reship, but during that time went OOS and it would have been a longer wait then I would have like. Money was back in my hands the following week though for my refund.

Check out the Glutathione thread in the HGh/Peps section — a guy just posted a US Dom source that does Korea prices if you don’t want to try out international.

Used him in a pinch and had the same experience — no pip and smooth. I was doing 3ml at a time.

I have 1600mg vials now and reconstitute them with 4ml to make 400mg/ml and it’s more than manageable.

I mix the 1200mg vial with 1.65ml of bac

That gives me exactly two 600mg/ml injections

As long as you let it warm to room temperature, barely any bite at all. If you pin it cold, different story haha

Not sure why I died laughing at you adding “(with snack)” to your afternoon supplement protocol, but I did haha.

All good protocols are created with blood work and regular BG and BP testing in mind to guide you.

I take Telmisartan 80mg and Ezetimibe 10mg and will likely add in Pitavastatin at 2mg or 4mg for a better lipid profile. Telmisartan usually does it for my on cycle and off cycle, but I’m considering a calcium channel blocker to stack with if BP becomes a problem with increasing body weight and cardio isn’t doing the trick.

OTC supplements I find value in are:

EPA/DHA
CoQ-10
D3K2
TUDCA (if blasting hepatotoxic compounds)

Doing more research into Astragalus to see if it’s worth the coin for kidney health.
Where are you sourcing

Is SQ a no go simply because of the lumps, or is it less effective?

I’ve been using 1200mg KR glutathione (Skin Reboot), mixed with 2ml bac and 0.5ml 2% lidocaine via SQ. Mainly doing this because I use an insulin pen for convenience. I’ve notice that over time, I’ve experienced less severe lumps and the lidocaine makes the injection completely painless.

If it’s more effective, I would switch to IM, but if it’s for lumps/pain, I feel like I’ve mitigated that for the most part. I do now have some 1/2” 29g pen needles so could achieve IM while still using my pen.

I think it’s totally fine if you’re tolerating it / not getting the lumps from subQ

From what I've read and seen, the difference with SQ vs IM for glut is that SQ might be that it's slightly less effective per dose.

Glut clears from the blood fast (10-15 min half life), so the slower absorption while sitting SQ means it's trickling in while the already absorbed glut is already getting broken down or used up.

IM absorbs faster, so you get a quicker peak in the blood. I've read that gives better systemic results for the same amount.

Apparently clinics lean toward IM for "stronger" or "faster" effects. And that you might need a higher dose or to dose more often to get the exact same effectiveness. It's not like SQ does nothing, it just might be 'slightly' less effective. But if it's much more convenient for you to do it that way, I don't see a slightly less effective (if it is - it's seems all hear-say as I don't have any actual studies or numbers to reference) protocol as being a game ender.

I’ve got 1/2” pen needles, so might as well give IM a try!
