Since joining here and researching male HRT in general, I'm wondering if some of my symptoms are more from increased Estrogen related than low T. I have always had stubborn female pattern fat deposits (chest, love handles, butt and thighs) but also don't seem to have a problem gaining LBM, nor low energy levels, joint pain, or some of the other issues seemingly related to just low T. I've been experimenting with diet, and my libido and erectile quality seems directly influenced by how hard I've been cutting fat and cals, and bounces back when they are increased. I drank a shitload of milk in my formative years, and have read stuff suggesting that hormones in our milk supply are causing premature puberty in girls, supposedly from high levels of E. I've never done AAS or precursor stuff, but I did consume 10#s of soy protein isolate over a 3 month period awhile back.
The write up on the above stuff says it will lower E, but once off of it E will rebound to normal levels. I know too low E can be problematic as well, but out of curiousity I wonder what I would be risking by simply trying a one month run of this stuff.
Has anyone tried it? Any other thoughts?
