Any suppliers have injectable lidocaine vials?

I tried topical cream but it's so ineffective.

Is this some a vendor has on meso?

(Yes I did a search and found little, but some vendors say, "ask I may have even if not listed - thus I'm asking)

You think?

Depends on how good the opiates are that he's going to get, those are just further down the shopping list.
Dude, right? I'd go for the septocaine before lidocaine, but I'd also have a referral and my ass would be in a doctor's office.

Wasn't there a guy that did this and posted about it? I remember reading about a guy doing this but I can't remember if it was on meso or just in the internet in general

If I'm not mistaken there was a video posted on ASF a while a ago.

Really? You think? Lidocaine doesn't seem like enough for that, imo. Yikes...

Pics or it didn't happen.

Fuck, if this is for a self done gyno op I'll provide the lidocaine as long as you video tape it and send it to me. I have lidocaine and septocaine. OP, are you allergic to anything?

Maybe other sources too, I'm too busy dying to actually figure out where, but I first seen it, with photodocumentation, mind that, on some UK BB forum.

Some advice:
You'll need a blend of adrenaline and lidocaine, this will keep it from bleeding too much.

Maybe something to keep you from going into shock, you don't want hypovolemic shock or you'll die. Keep your legs elevated the entire procedure, take a diuretic beforehand and some benzos. Lots of anti-inflammatory. No food or drink 24 hours before. Start taking broad spectrum antibiotic 3 days before and 8 days after.

Make sure you are using a fresh scalpel for each side, coat the skin in a thin layer of iodine. Cut a quarter inch at least from the nipple or you will be super prone to infection/longer healing time. You need to be in and out of each side quickly before swelling sets in. Watch YouTube videos on cutting fascia away, only one direction and never excessive force.

Your biggest immediate risks are going to be shock, blood loss, death and creating a cavernous wound. Tertiary will be massive infection, scarring, abscess and nerve damage.

Loo, so go to the doctor is what you're saying

People think they're doing good until they're not,
that's close to saying of mine (not my saying obviously, no clue where I picked it up from?)

It's all good until it's not.

I say that to my younger installers when they're being flippant with safety measures

Haha it's true, reminds me of this dude on reddit who cut off his own balls and wanted to argue with me that watching YouTube videos on surgery made him an expert, of course this was a psychopath who wanted to cut off their own balls. My wife is a surgical resident, she started out saying "hey this is gonna be like cutting up cadavers, I'm good at this shit." She doesn't say that anymore.
