Any tips for lowering blood pressure? Stopping my blast to get it under control.

Quick fix for me. If you’re over 15% body fat. You’re an obese fat fuck and you need to stop bulking and cut down to 10%.

50mg Proviron split into 4 doses per day
200-400mg Masteron p
25mg winstrol
5mg cialis twice a day
3 glasses of POM juice
Dropping water wait FAST.
20-30 mins sauna or 30-60mins hot tub
Lower Estrogen level via AI
Drop test to 250 for 2 weeks keep other compounds.
Sauna Suit 45 mins stair master
6Litres of water
Drop carbs to 50-100.

I would do this for a total of 7 days. I was recently on 1000mg test, 400 Tren E. 13-14% body fat. I took TWO DOSES OF MK677 and put on legit 12 pounds in two days (obv water) eating low carb CLEAN 2400 diet. Lmao BP was FUCKED for 7 days straight to get that off.

Alright I will check that out. Have you noticed an improvement with your BP when using that supplement?

i haven't performed my planned "controlled study" yet. Which would be taking a reading close to the time i wake up, then another after i use the extract.

i'll post that when i finally do it, but i have noticed facial redness has gone down considerably and most days i wake up feeling like i actually slept good, which was a serious problem prior.
 
I have been taking these. I have hereditary HBP.

Started taking this after hearing add on radio... They lowered my BP significantly into range.

A few times I have taken to many (they taste good) and have got low BP sides.. good overall product
Did you check your blood pressure when experiencing these sides?
 
Get your hemoglobin and hematocrit checked. Also, if you think you have sleep apnea get a sleep study done because sleep apnea will raise BP if not treated. Even if you happen to get on medication, if you have untreated sleep apnea the medication might not lower your BP unless you also treat the sleep apnea. I know that from experience. If you decide to take cialis, and would happen to have some kind of cardiac event then you must notify the doctors that you are taking cialis because of you are given nitroglycerin your pressure will bottom out.
 
Yah taking cialis to lower blood pressure is not the smart thing to do. Adjust diet, drop fat, get plenty of cardio, lower or give up caffeine, stop booze, stop smoking and so on. I'm an ex smoker/ex drinker and now also doing everything mentioned above to keep healthy. Still hate most veggies though so supps and juicer for this fucker lol.
 
If No ones said this yet, carditone is a miracle supplement. Staple when I’m bulking. Can buy on amazon, I believe “ayush” makes it.
 
I had to stop my blast for the same reason..

my cycle was near the same.. Test p + e, npp and EQ.. and 25mg inj dbol on training days.. plus insulin and hgh..

I got blood tests.. rbc was on check.. and eq was legit and i was on a shitload of it.. 1100mg weekly..

E2 were in range... test was very high and npp wasnt, just 350mg of it weekly..

I was in 25mg Aromasin EOD

My mother has high BP and her whole family too..

i had high bp after a bad bad crash with my mothorbike 12 years ago..

So, i felt bad at the 6.5th week.. I went from my doc... i had 180 the high end BP.. dont remember the other one.. my doc sent me to cardiologist.. next day i had 190... he told me You could die soon...

i dropped everything but it was test e and eq so long esters... he put me on another bp drug.. I switched from Enalapril (similar to Lisinopril) to Coverlam (Perindopril arginine 10mg + Amlodipine 5mg) and my bp dropped to 120 after 2 days (but test e and eq were still in high dosage in my blood) (i quitted training and everything) ... 2 days after my bp was 140... i took 20mg cialis and bp went to 100..

Now i m on 10mg torasemide eod (my doc putted me on) and that BP med... i ll re use Cialis on my next cycle... and i ll lower dosages, and i m done with EQ... even if my rbc was in check..

So.. everytime new adventures in this fuckin game...

Another nod to Telmisartan if you cant get it down the "natural" way.

100% with the statement of blood pressure being the silent killer.
 
Drop the npp add primo see what happens. Yea primo is way more expensive but just think of all the extra bullshit you won’t have to buy or deal with. Adding drugs to stop the sides of other drugs is something we all do and is a lot of times it is idiotic. Better solution is to find drugs that don’t give us the unwanted sides. Let’s face it non of us are going on the Olympia stage so what are we really doing!
 
Tons of cardio
Getting rid of water weight . May be estrogen, or you may need a natural diuretic
Extremely clean diet
Beet root and grape seed extract
Epicatechin
Handling stress

Some have success with hawthorn berries but I have no experience
 
Being on BP meds at 30-40 due to AAS is srsly fucked up boyz. Find compounds that don't increase your BP to dangerous level.

My blood pressure has always sat around 117/70. On a blast I’ve seen it get up to 130/80 but that was a rare reading. Currently I am on testE/NPP/EQ 750/500/600. This is almost identical blast to the one I ran last year, which I loved.

I’m about 8 1/2 weeks in and my blood pressure for the last 4 weeks has been sitting around 145/75 with a reading or two being 150/75. I don’t like this at all and I think it would be best to come to a cruise to try and get my BP under control.

I was wondering if you guys had any tips or recommendations to help lower this faster and get it back to normal. Currently I’m doing LISS 6-7x a week for about 30 minutes and my diet has been great.
First of all remove EQ and add DHB, same effect as EQ plus its dont fuck your kidneys like EQ.

Next thing, lower your carbs and dot 20min postworkout cardio, drink 20mg eaas after your weight training and hop on the treadmill.

Or do 45min cardio after waking up. Always drink 20mg eaas before cardio.

Next thing, add 0,5mg anastrozol e2d.

Most of the time high blood pressure is caused by too much carbs and a lack of cardio.

Blood pressure is also super dangerous.

Could cause a dialysis therapy in 10years if you are unlucky
