Useless if we compare it to injectables.
You would have to be on it for months to see something.
Considering that each dosage is approximately 1.25mg, you would probably have to apply a significant amount of the cream every day, possibly half a tube, to reach that dosage over the course of a week. Furthermore, since the cream is not administered intramuscularly, it is unlikely to have any noticeable effects, even if you were to apply such a large amount.
