hey bros,

just wanted to ask a question about warming up the oils so they inject better. The IP Sustanon is some thick stuff, and i don't have any way to warm it up besides running it under hot water. should i sit the vial in some hot water for a couple of minutes or should just run the syringe under hot water. The only other way would be a microwave and i heard that is a no no.
