Anybody have experience with pulled muscles?

I am only four weeks into my cycle and seemed to have injured myself. I went to the doctor and he seems to think it is a pulled muscle and told me to lay off it for a week or so and it should be ok. I was just wondering if I should stop my cycle and be sure it is healed before restarting.............or just rest and keep the cycle on track.
By the way it is a burning feeling when I flex my Lats...........about 6 inches below my armpit. Kinda where your lats and chest meet.
Thanks and am hopefully awaiting "good news" from all of you.

this is pretty common. you probably over did it doing heavy pulldowns or weighted pullups. that's where i get it. another scenario is doing pullover or a chest move with dbells where you go too deep into the bottom of the move. not to worry. a week or two off from training upper body will do the trick. stay on and hit the lower body hard and more frequently since you won't be doing upper body and you'll be fine bro.

agree with other bros. i do this quit often it. you just haveto take it easy and let it heal. its tempting to go nuts with the increased strength from aas, but this is when i usually injure myself.

Thanks for the reply guys........I am glad to hear positive news.......was getting depresssed already as gains were coming quickly and was afraid I was going to have to stop my cycle.. I will stay on track and work my legs a bit harder and will make sure to be more careful.
Thanks

You'll be fine bro. I think I tweaked a muscle in my shoulder yesterday doing incline. I don't think my body was ready for that kind of weight. I'm going to keep on the cycle and hit the legs the next few days before I see how the shoulder feels on Monday. Like the other guys said, stick with your cycle and you'll be fine in a few days.

You must stay on cycle.Gear will help in healing You muscle, that always doing:o) Try to find some cream or gel with heparine natrium and treat that area, but first traet few minutes with ice in plastic bag, then put alot of cream/gel on skin. That will help.Good luck.
