Im looking at doing GVT For my next cycle. But I have limited equiptment, so some stuff like leg presses and cable stuff is out.

Im putting this out there to see what comes back.

No experience, but been eyeing it myself for the next one. So subbing in to watch this.

Kind of like the idea of a few weeks at a time "blasting" it, then deload a bit on a normal split. Have you read brutus and JB's logs? They did similar with impressive results.

No experience with GVT, but it seems like you could do front squats in place of leg press and figure out dumbbell alternatives for the cable stuff.

You can do it with whatever you have. Its pretty much 10 sets 10reps one excersize. With a excessory 3x10. Depending on the version your doing. But that's the original one.

I done it plenty of times. The original and advanced version. Honestly I think there are better programs out there. It gets boring fast. You have to use the same weight on all 10 sets. So it doesn't get hard until the later sets.

correct, exercize choices seem all over the place though. Ive looked at 4 or 5 sample programs, none are the same.

Im going to be using eq this run (test c/eq/primo). with all the volume it seems like a match.

Equiptment I got:
of course I got the oly set up, tower of power dip/chin station, assorted dbs, leg ext/curl station. and a prowler

Id like to focus on my bench flat and incline and posterior chain( deadlifts for volume?in!)

In particular Id like to bring up my vastus medialis and my upper traps. Ive been thinking about incorporating MGF for these guys.
