It’s a fine product you can use it no problem brother , it’s just a new product recently produced for export purpose , you can use it without hesitation.

But why not just stick to Testenate depot 250 or testoviron depot 250 mg ? They are proper pharma grade & best quality ones and available at most of pharmacies in India even if not in stock your pharmacy guy will arrange it next day .

Do you know who manufactures these? Kachhela Medex Pvt Ltd is registered as a wholesale/export business run by a married couple with seemingly no employees and a company website that has dropshipping in its name and uses a gmail address, but I've no confidence in the accuracy of information available to outsiders, so I'd take your word for it.
