Anyone experience sinus issues with Adex usage?

After switching back to Adex from Exemestane I've noticed some dizziness and a lingering sinus issue that started within a week of Adex usage. I've been to the doctor twice, 2 different antibiotics with no resolution. I'm stopping the Adex for now to see if things get better.

I've done some research and sinus issues are a known side effects of Adex usage. I'm just curious if anyone else has had any issues like this.

I will sacrifice the plugged nose just to get the Cialis benefits . It's a trade-off, lol

Try a lower dose of cialis. Don't know what you're taking now but 5-10mg should be plenty in all instances except for an anniversary night or fetish night lol. Lower dose usually gets rid of the sinus issue

Well it's not cialis as I've been running that for quite a while with no issues. Definitely the Adex and I've tried everything under the sun for the sinus thing. Saline spray to prescribed nose sprays to antibiotics to otc cold meds. Nothing seems to help. So I'm stopping the Adex to see if that takes care of it. If so I'll let everyone know.

Are you taking pharm grade or RC company? Maybe there are contaminants in RC which affect you?

Sinus issues as an adverse effect of any AI is a stretch, especially if these involved don't have a history of atopic disease "allergies" from the outset. For starters how is "sinus issue" defined?

The initial treatment of sinusitis is the use of nasal decongestants/antihistamines rather than antibiotics, for the reasons you have already experienced.

Very few cases of sinusitis are the result of a bacterial infection.

Well sinus problems are listed as a possible side effect on every single page I found with the drug description so I wouldn't exactly say its a stretch just not a "typical" adverse reaction. No different than Prednisone giving me hiccups (true story) due to an allergic reaction.

Either way I was just curious if anyone else had experienced anything similar. Not a big deal at all.
