knockdown said:Well his training isnt much to me. He uses alot of wieght yes (over 14 years of training) but Ive been doing pretty much the same workout as he does for about 8 months now. The only difference between his workout and mine is 1 set for each body part. Where he does 4 sets im at 3 sets. I use the same rep range as he does. Some one told me that I was over training. So me being the dumb as I am I listened and start 3on 1off and not i hate it. Every month of the 8 that ive been training ive seen growth. Now shit seems slow, so back to my work out. I guess my point is if I can do it and only been in the game for 8 months then can some on you. And for his form, I cant seem to get my DL form correct but... im a mean Mofo at the DL. The peeps that I workout with were all about the form when at came to DL but I didnt care and long as I did them. Now 2 out of the 3 that I work with stopped doing them altogether. "My back hurts" little babys..lol. The only difference between Ronnie and I is sleep, I get anywhere between 7-9. So is he Unbelievable?, no, timing and planning yes.
Jay had his window in 2001.As long as Coleman doesnt get hurt or something goes seriously wrong no One can defeat him as long as he shows up in the shape he did in 2003.Even the biggest Coleman haters had to bow down in 2003. Jay had a chance in 2001.He didnt take it.Too late now.Cutler is a 2 time Arnold Classic winner so he should be happy with that but he wont be winning the Olympia anytime soon.He is just genetically outdone in that show.Meat Train said:Yeah- big guy... He's the guy that got me onto this site-- this forum. Still, I hope Jay Cutler gets his chance to overthrow him at this Olympia (please Jay, ask the meso bros for a concoction!)

Yea every few minutes he checks to see if its time to eat. Many of us would grow a whole lot more if we also ate every three hours no matter what.leaddog said:yes ronnie has insane muscle genetics. but the one thing he does that is applicable to every person training is that he lifts heavy. that is one of the main reasons why he is where he is. if he trained light and didnt use maximal effort he would be nowhere. he would be just another nobody. so while his volume might be through the roof, i dont' really know, nor do i care. if you lift heavy and get stronger you are gonna grow, as long as you are eating. if nothing else, that should be something you take away from watching ronnie.
Grizzly said:That's actually incorrect. Assuming a proper workout plan and the appropriate levels of loading and unloading, then you can make gains with the EXACT same program year in and year out.
