Anyone know Coleman's training split?

exactly. I trained 5 days a week in the beginning as well, sometimes 6, then my knees, shoulders, elbows, and wrists started to hurt. Only been training 8 months, almost anything a beginner does will give them some gains. But then again, I am a hardgainer, and if volume works for you, congrats, I sure wish I knew what the perfect routine was for me when I began lifting.

Hogg has developed a 3 on 1 off(essentially a 6on 1 off routine with the rest in the middle) that works exceedingly well. Or so I'm told, anyhow. The trick is to know what you're doing. Ask him if he takes all(or even any) of his sets to failure of if he does shitloads of drop sets, negatives, rest/pause, etc. and he'll tell you no. It's a function of understanding training and whatnot.

Jay had his window in 2001.As long as Coleman doesnt get hurt or something goes seriously wrong no One can defeat him as long as he shows up in the shape he did in 2003.Even the biggest Coleman haters had to bow down in 2003. Jay had a chance in 2001.He didnt take it.Too late now.Cutler is a 2 time Arnold Classic winner so he should be happy with that but he wont be winning the Olympia anytime soon.He is just genetically outdone in that show.

btw-cutler has won 3 arnold classics in a row now.

yes ronnie has insane muscle genetics. but the one thing he does that is applicable to every person training is that he lifts heavy. that is one of the main reasons why he is where he is. if he trained light and didnt use maximal effort he would be nowhere. he would be just another nobody. so while his volume might be through the roof, i dont' really know, nor do i care. if you lift heavy and get stronger you are gonna grow, as long as you are eating. if nothing else, that should be something you take away from watching ronnie.

Amen brother. So many lifters are so worried about form and speed of movement they don't get anywhere. You must train as heavy as possible with lower reps to max gains. You must include some heavy explosive training. I'm not saying to use really bad form but you have to go for it if you want to be big and strong.

The dude is a genetic freak. I don't think any of us could look like that if we even tried. The volume he does is unheard of if you ask me.

That's him though. We all have our own ways of doing shit and our own methods to help us grow.
