Title Edit: Has anyone ran a 3 Day Fullbody Program on Blast?
I don't know what happened there haha.
Hello all,
I am in my mid-20's and looking to start my first blast soon (500mg test for 16-20 weeks, and if all goes well maybe 50mg of anadrol as a finisher). I was running PPL for the past year. While the results were great, it has gotten quite boring and I have plateaued heavily.
Recently, I was recommended a few M-W-F full body programs (such as Jordan Peters's or Jim Wendler's for instance) and while they look quite nice, are they really a good for growth on a blast?
On one hand, I see very little information about people doing 3x a week full-bodied workouts online. Almost everyone on BB forums seems to do 5-6 day split.
On the other hand, I know Yates and a wealth of older old school bodybuilders built amazing physiques from 3-4 days only. Then again, I am not Yates obviously. I am already on TRT for medical reasons, but if I am going to blast and potentially risk health issues, I want to get the most out of it of course. I know about other programs such as PHUL, PHAT, Creeping Death, GreySkulls, etc also.
My question is, has anyone here run a 3 day/week program and gotten good results? Would you recommend this? I would consider myself intermediate as far as strength goes.
