Anyone tried the UD 2.0?

I'm half way through my 2nd week.....don't know that it's actually working. I mean I see a difference...but I'm wondering if that's the kick ass workouts that are incorporated! Anyone else have experience and results on this??

Brat, stick with it. The workouts suck, but they are designed that way in order to build a comprehensive plan along with the diet. Stick with it for a few more weeks and you will definitely see some changes. I have used the UD2 with good results and will probably go back to that after my honeymoon in order to get in awesome shape for summer.

Lyle is a personal friend of mine and he is by far one of the most intelligent people in the fitness world when it comes to nutrition. He knows his stuff and has worked with hundreds (probably thousands) of people personally and through email and his forum. He has also worked with female powerlifters and BBers, and even worked with Andrulla Blanchette before.

Sweet, okay, thanks Bob. Lyle seems like a really intelligent guy. I've read through that book 3 times now, just trying to be sure I've got everything down he talked about in there. The workouts are kicking my butt, I am so sore. Trying to get through the 2nd set of exercises on the 1st 2 days is what really killed me. I had to give up the 1st day....I couldn't lift anymore. The muscle just gave out when I tried. Hopefully my body will catch up to all the lifting.

Two things. First, I actually cut back some of the Mon/Tues workouts. Maybe Im just a big pussy, but they were killer!

Also, dont expect to get perfect UD2 cycles in the first few weeks. It just doesnt happen. There is definitely some trial and error and determining exactly how to fit it all together. When I first tried it, it took me about 3-4 weeks to get things working pretty nicely.

I've noticed that. I had to cut out some of those exercises...as well as I have been getting too few carbs the last 2 days. And getting THAT many carbs for the load...I think I'm gonna explode! It's a very time consuming method, but if all goes as said...it's well worth it. I've been at the gym for about 2 hrs or more every night.
