Approach to titrating HGH

What do y’all think is a good timeline to titrate from 4 ius to ur desired dose. For example from 4ius to 12ius.

Do I rly have to titrate 2 ius every 2 weeks, (for example 6ius for 2 weeks then 8ius for the next two and so on…) to minimize water retention. At least this is my purposed plan.

I’d like to minimize it so I can accurately measure weight during a bulk and also who doesn’t want to avoid unnecessary water weight.
 
I had numbness in my hands when I increased by 2 iu’s. Now I just increase by 1 for at least a week.
 
My first time using gh I was like fuck it and went to 10ius. No issues, just water retention which I’d like to avoid. And idk if it’s even avoidable with my approach, or I just have to push through it until my water weight stabilizes

Just titrate up everytime the symptoms like tingling hands dissapear
 
First off not everyone is the same few people can hold high doses with no water retention issues while most will carry some of which some will loose that water when dosage and body stabilize while other will hold a significant part of it till they get off. So nottom line is you have to figure out yourself where you are in that spectrum.

Secondly and this is just IMHO when you are increasing 2iu from 2 weekly to 4 is a completely different game than when you are going from 8 to 10.

A. The gradient of increase from 2-4 while is only 2 ius its a 100% increase in the dose.
While going from 8 to 10 is only 25%. Obviously your body can deal with an increase of 25% of whatever the hell you inject than 100% increase of that same substance.

B. Why or who said that you have to increase in 2 unit increments. Lets say u wanna go from 4-6 and assuming you plan to do that over 2 weeks. I'd feel more comfortable going from 4 -4.5/5 for 1 week and 5-5.5 week 2. Less gradient. More gradual easier to catch a stall in weight where u can easily titrate down to your last comfortable dose

C. Most people set random goals to go to 8 and 10 ius and they dont know how their bosy will respond on 4 and 5 less is sometimes more. And titrating up to higher numbers misses the chance to ovserve development at medium (more populat 4-6 doses) that being said beyond those levels BG and IR become real issue and additional hassles for god knows how much more benefit.

Gh is a long game dont rush titrating up to see benefits. You wont see any visual benefits for many weeks depending how much everything else is dialed in. So buckle up and take it easy as i can promise you getting side effects that will take from your workouts/rest and getting bloated can both get frustrating and definitely won't help your goals.
 
This is what i do too.
The water retention seems to be mostly diet related imo.
I decided to titrate my HGH a few week earlier than my bulk to make room for the long titrating to 10ius, theoretically based on typeII lengthy thread this is the best approach.
As your IGF-1 and ur body’s hormones take around the 14 days to stabilize (also any water weight differences.
So I just decided to start titrating sooner.
