I do 3 on 1 off. My sleep was shit for the first 13 weeks. 4-5 hrs a night. But since adding npp along with Dayvigo and tizanidine I’m back to 7hrs a night

It's possible it might just be time to shut it down. 16 weeks is a long haul and tough to keep progressing meaningfully beyond 20 weeks in my experience / if you're not a freak and pushing large amounts of food and gear. Sounds like you've put on some quality mass and stayed lean. Have you considered dropping to a cruise for a break then going at it again in 6 to 8 weeks?

The Mtren from Arail is dosed at 3mg per ml. I like running the Mtren at 1.5mg 1/2cc along with some TNE. There is nothing wrong with starting lower but That’s up to you.

I’ve tried increasing the Mtren but I don’t like how it makes me feel. It’s too intense for me so I keep it at 1.5.

Thanks for the knowledge. I’m gonna keep that in my back pocket. I’m not sure I’m man enough to stick my toe in the Mtren vial yet, haha

I have considered that but I was wanting to let my labs dictate cycle length. And my labs are still clean ish. And I’m still progressing every week with more reps or weight increase. I feel like the finish line is right around the corner ( as I keep kicking the can further down the road)

If you're doing one last push on the cycle I'd prob run whatever oral / injectable version daily and not just a few times per week. You'll get a more robust anabolic effect from steady state of the compounds. I did notice that when I started running the anavar daily, even in a depleted state, it was a totally different experience.

I’m gonna pick up some of their injs and give that a spin for my last few weeks.

I don't think it's the crystals: you can see crystals in the vial → seems too big to get both into and out of a needle/syringe (or the shear stress & heat of withdrawing into the barrel them would be enough to whack back into solution [do you ever see crystals in the syringe?])

But if you actually injected intact crystals, they're long gone, probably seconds after injecting them (heat and constant movement, same thing that works for fixing crashed vials)

That doesn't mean it couldn't cause PIP, just not a likely candidate

I disagree, the first time I pinned it I didn't look close enough. Pip was brutal for like 4-5 days. Next time I pinned it I looked closely and you could see crystals just starting to form that were visible. I imagine that means there were smaller ones that couldn't be seen by the eye.

Either way started heating it and never had the problem again. I've also heard they gear that easily crashes can do so in the muscle. Which could be a partial reason why pip is sometimes delayed for a day.
