Are bodybuilders drug addicts?

Just admit you're an old fart that thinks peptides are scary.

Glp1 drugs get absolutely zero hate on this forum so you're in the wrong company if that's the hill you want to die on.

They are being used everywhere for the grocery list of benefits they provide, even your idols are on it.

Guess how I know you don't know the impacts of insulin sensitivity and left ventricle atrophy that was proven with tirzepatide? Cuz you're ignorant and way out of your depth.
Why would someone who works out daily and eats clean have problems with insulin sensitivity?.do you get 10k steps, do you avoid eating shit? If yes, why are you insulin resistant. If your idol smoked Crack, would you? Didn't even know grown men had idols.

Tell us that you have zero experience with an 800 carb/day food plan without telling us :p

You are talking to something that you have zero experience in. I can tell by the things you type that you have never touched this world, let alone participated in it.

You haven't got a clue about anything you are rambling about

You eat 800 carbs aka force feeding? Waist measurement?

yes. any other answer is cope.

but obviously words mean different things in different contexts, and accuracy is important. therefore, imo, its not super productive to call it that way due to the connotation and other associations.

Also, your 15%? Might wanna change username and try not being fat...that would help with insulin sensitivity

Lmk when your deadlift is even half of mine before you try and talk shit.

I don't need to be 12% bodyfat because I'm not a bodybuilder retard, I'd also venture to guess you don't even know what true 12% even looks like.

Why do you think I talk out of personal experience? I don't have issues with aromatase nor insulin sensitivity but conceptually those are real things.

Your style of arguing is intellectually dishonest and you embarrass yourself further every time you post.

Bro your 15%, look at your username...the irony. If you would just say your a powerlifter ans have no clue about being lean..id respect the honesty. Many powerlifters are fat...lol

Counterpoint, you are neither a bird nor a plot of land / representative of a region which could be classified as a land of birds.

"Nuh uhhh, look at username, stupid" is such a childish thing to do.
Be better.

It's just a joke name retard because I care about my opsec.

Also being lean is absolutely not hard to obtain and I have been at and below 12% in my life several times during different phases.

I have no reason to sit overly lean year round because I'm not chronically insecure and my sports demand performance and joint integrity because I move heavy fucking weight on barbells, I don't have machines to offload the torque demand from my joints which is what allows bodybuilders to sit leaner on average.

Again like others have said, you really don't have a clue about anything in this game and it shows.

You're just some normie old fart that got on trt and is obsessed with some arbitrary bodyfat number as if it means something, as if you'd even know what it looks like.

How am I the retard? Your telling me glps are needed to get lean, im saying not being a lazy slob is all thats needed to be lean. Your fat so you should probably stay out of the conversation. You know as much about being lean and how hard/easy it is as i know about deadlifting 900lbs

I only have to make my weight class, that's about as important being lean is right now to me.

If I sat at 12% bodyfat currently my recovery and performance would be compromised for no real advantage because I can already make weight easily at my current bodyweight.

Guess what's going to happen over time? My weight will climb and the ratio will gradually shift, but there will again come a point where recovery and joint integrity begins to suffer and my bodyfat level will have to rise again.

Guess what's going to happen over the next 4 months for me? I'll probably climb another 2% bodyfat during my off season but I'll add another 80k to my total, but I'm sure you'd think that's just because I got fat?

Again, you are a powerlifter and I assume have never been lean a day in your life, which is fine, as that could compromise your goals. I am referring to people who desire to be ripped. If they have an ounce of self control and a penny of duckling, nothing beyond test, gh, and a solid diet is needed. Being lean is not difficult unless someone is a lazy slob, all these drugs are not needed.
