Are we all wasting our HGH?

I don't know, can someone summarize? I don't listen to YouTube expertz unless I am very familiar with their existing work.
He's saying that you MUST wait at least 90 minutes until after reconstituting your GH to inject since GH needs to be hydrated. If you just reconstitute it and then inject a little bit after, you are "wasting your gh".

Well not true. This varies by manufacturer, brand, etc. For generics, you can gently swirl and inject once the solution is clear (no cloudiness nor solid particles present).

This is false. I reconstitute and inject within a few minutes often and I’ve never seen it affect my igf1 readings and I pull labs often.

Kinda stupid when you think about it. Why on earth would it take 90 minutes for the gh to be at maximum effectiveness?

I'm with Type-II as this is why I don’t watch just random guys on YouTube.

It's hydrated when there are no more clumps.

This is not like instant mashed potatoes where you need to wait for it to settle.

He's a classic pro I believe.

Maybe @janoshik can reply on his thoughts. Would be interesting to hear/read how he’s reconstituting to run his analysis.

Not because I think there is any truth to this but because it would be interesting to read his thoughts and methods of testing.

Mix, look if cloudy, shake gently, repeat.

If still cloudy sonicate gently in ultrasonic bath. If it doesn't work, filter to avoid particulates.

Total time: <2 minutes

In general waiting 90 minutes for GH to hydrate is as reasonable as expecting the environment into which the GH is injected to be arid.

Didn't watch the video, just read this thread tho, so I might have missed something.

He lies. I have a disease and can feel the effects of it instantly. Another guy throwing out weird stuff

Btw the gentle shaking is not to "not hurt gh" - which is a myth, but because, depending on fillers and adjuvants used it can mean bubble hell.

Just didn't want to perpetuate a myth.
Can explain "bubble" Is bubbling bad? When I reconstitute by gh it bubbles. When I put the bac water in the gh vial I push hard and fast which causes the bubbling... is that wrong to do? Sorry not trying to sound dumb, just want to make sure I am making the most out of my powder generic GH.
