According to the research that I have done, arimidex and letrozole have a ratio of 1:1 in terms of effectiveness in lowering estrogen.
like 1mg of arimidex = 1mg of Letrozole.
but that arimidex has a loss of effectiveness above 1mg per day while letrozole can go up to 2.5mg per day without losing effectiveness.
