I just go by your statements clown. You said it: I don't have enough stock to run a promo for bla.bla.bla and soon I'll be out of stock on many things..you just wrote it a page or two back idiot.

How can you offer hair free oils if a customer just got a floater in his vials? Have you refunded the customer? What kind of quality control have you implemented for not sending floater to customers anymore?

Nothing is ignored and everything is replied, if you look back in the threads.

We are in December, the USPS cant follow the volume of packages that is coming in, it is the same thing every year in november and december month.

GA is not the only one who is having delay from international orders. it is pretty normal, some orders are stuck and there is no movement due to USPS isnt picking up the batch of goods.

I understand it is frustrating but December = Christmas, holiday, new year

same principle for when chinese new year is around.

If orders havent been delivered within the 30 days policy we have, it will be reshipped.
