Sorry for the delay with the US shipments, all the orders have now been sent out, and tracking numbers provided.

Our two suppliers had some hiccups that saw a 2 week lag in processing orders. We're looking to set up more back-ups to prevent this from happening in the future, as it isn't the level of service that we want to provide.

Reach out to us if you never received your tracking, but at this point the backlog of orders should have be cleared.

Not sure where you get 8x the price, but selecting domestic delivery allows for the customer to avoid any issues with customs. That being said, due to the nature of this industry, you can imagine that delays and hiccups like this can happen from time to time. It's not ideal, and we do whatever we can to avoid it, but it's also unrealistic to think that it never happens.
